  Throughout the whole process, Shawn dealt with the insurance company and took the utmost care from beginning to end. He was meticulous and very detailed. He's a one stop shop for roofing, siding, gutters, everything. He even dropped off blueberry baked goods on final inspection. He's the one you can trust.

  Unused satellite dish damaged my roof and could have led to a major problem. Shawn answered the call immediately and was at my home promptly the next morning. He quickly assessed the situation and efficiently repaired the damage. Not only was his workmanship impeccable, but he was also professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with.   We recently relocated to the area and discovered that our new home had several satellite dishes on the roof, leading to leaks and wood rot. However, we decided to reach out to Shawn from Local Roof Replacement based on a recommendation from "Sweet Water Soft Wash," as we had a fantastic experience with them during our roof cleaning. From our initial phone conversation, it was clear that Shawn was dedicated to his work. He provided transparent pricing, honestly assessed what repairs were urgent and which could wait, and thoroughly explained the necessary fixes. That same day, after we accepted his quote, Shawn sourced shingles that perfectly matched our home. He replaced the damaged wood, sealed exposed nail heads, and meticulously inspected the entire roof for any potential issues, sharing photos of his work for our peace of mind. I was incredibly satisfied with the final result, as Shawn clearly demonstrated his expertise. His hard work and positive attitude, even in the sweltering heat, were commendable.   Shawn came to my house to do a roof inspection. We had a different company inform us that our roof needed to be replaced immediately. I decided to seek a second opinion, and Shawn came highly recommended from people that know the industry. He did a thorough inspection and went above and beyond to ensure our roof was in good condition. He informed us we didn’t need to do anything with the roof at the moment, but made recommendations for the future. His honesty and integrity won him my work in the future.
