Contractor is a little older and has memory problems. The contract was a joke and missed several items we discussed and agreed to. I tried working with him, but I'm moving on. Make sure to have a signed contract with EVERYthing documented before letting this company touch your house.

We contacted LM for a siding, roof, window project. We have been dealing with water issues since we purchased the house and went into this knowing there were unknowns to deal with once they got the siding and roof off. Chris was responsive throughout the project and his team did great work; not only completing the work quoted, but taking the time to repair anything they came across along the way. The house looks brand new and I have confidence in the quality of the work performed.

Chris and his crew came in and repaired damage to my homes siding from one of the recent wind storms. The price was excellent and they were fast and responsive! Friendly, fast and professional! I will be using them again for our window replacements for sure!

Needed a new picture window in my living room. Contacted Chris at LM and came by within 3 days to give an estimate. Price was fantastic, product was installed exactly when promised, which NEVER happens when dealing with home improvement contractors. Window was installed and finished same day. Installers were professional, clean and I will definitely use them again if I need any other work done!

LM Roofing has been nothing but superb across the board. I had my siding done, several windows put in, and my porch completely redone for a very reasonable fee. Everything was completed quickly, and Louis was very easy to work with throughout the whole process. I recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Louie was professional and loyal! We needed a new roof. He came right away and got the job done immediately. Roof took 1 day. Came home from work and the job was done. Cleaned it all up like no one was even here. Thank you Louie!

I got different prices. Mr. Macedo was honest with me. My house was built in 1878. Might have issues and it did. Three layers of shingles on top of rotted wood. He showed up, with his crew when he said he would. They started at 7:30 am and …
