However, after carefully reviewing our records, we have no record of doing business with you. We take situations like this very seriously, so we would sincerely appreciate it if you could please share any additional details such as the name of the person you worked with, phone numbers, contract copies, invoices, or photos of the work performed. This will allow us to investigate thoroughly on our end. For clarity, our company policy is to collect only half of the payment on the day work begins, with the remaining balance due only after the job is fully completed. We do not demand full payment upfront, and this has always been our practice. As a very small, family-owned business, everyone on our team is fully aware of each project we take on. Your review is very concerning to us, and we genuinely want to understand what may have happened. Please feel free to respond here on Google Reviews with any supporting details. We have nothing to hide and are committed to transparency. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify this situation.

  Don't trust this roofing service's promises. They left my roof vulnerable with improper sealing. Disorganized and untrustworthy.

  I have used them multiple times for repairs to my roof. They are always quick to respond and the quote they send is more than fair. They do solid work! My roof will need a full replacement in the next few years and I will be using them. I cannot give them enough praise and refer them to everyone I know and love.

  Jose and Edgar did a great job!!! I am very picky when it comes to hiring other people to do a job. I want it done perfect. I had a hole in my roof. They fixed it! It looks like a professional job.
