  I'm completely put off by Legacy Restoration's conduct. Their representative blatantly disregarded the "no soliciting" signs throughout our neighborhood. This kind of behavior really makes me doubt a company's ethics. It's truly disrespectful to ignore clear boundaries like that.

  Why are your sales people walking through the side and front of my fenced in yard? Walking all along the sides of my property is creepy, and not using the walkways and driveway is just disrespectful.

  Not a good idea to flip the bird to another vehicle when you are driving a company vehicle...very unprofessional. Now i know who NOT to call for roofing!

  The roof proved to be a much bigger problem than anyone could have known. Regardless, they still got it done in one day. It looks Great and I’m not worried about storms anymore!

  Legacy was a fantastic company to work with for our storm damage roof redo project. They went to battle with the insurance company to get our roof covered for the damage we had. Cannot thank Matt, Micah, and anyone else that helped with this project. You guys were fantastic and would recommend you guys to anyone that asks. End results looks great!   I had my roof redone today by Legacy, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From the first conversation to the final cleanup, everyone involved was respectful, professional, and efficient. it felt more like family was working on my house than a crew I’d just met. Tristen, the job supervisor, was fantastic. He and his crew communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything, and did great work without cutting corners. You could tell they took real pride in what they were doing. Huge thanks to Micah Keetley and Adam Lesteberg, who handled everything with my insurance company—despite the insurance side being a nightmare to communicate with, Micah and Adam kept things moving and made sure I was taken care of. They knew exactly what they were doing, and I never felt like I was just another claim or number. And shoutout to Matt Higbee, the sales rep who first got me in touch with Legacy. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely helpful from the start. no pressure, just solid info and support. Honestly, Legacy is lucky to have people like Tristen, his crew, Micah, Adam, and Matt. They’re excellent at what they do, and it shows. Take care of this team because you’re not going to find many like them. I’d recommend Legacy to anyone needing roof work. Great people, great work, no stress. Thanks guys!
