  I discovered a hole in my roof on a Saturday morning and panicked shotgunning the call for help to several roofers. Of all the ones I contacted Legacy roofing was the only one to call me back on FATHER’S DAY of all days. The owner came to my house the next day and inspected my roof, took the time to explain the damage and laid out several options to fix it. He was honest and up front about the different repair options which I appreciated as someone who has never done this before. We worked through financing and payments and I was quickly placed on the schedule. The crew was on-time, knocked out the job and cleaned up like nobody was ever there. Unfortunately during the roof installation I was notified by his crew that there was significant structural damage to my chimney. Rather than leaving me hanging and completing the job I again received a call from the owner of the company (not some salesman) who had come out to survey what they were talking about and said his company could repair the damage. Again I got the options for fixing the problems I had and was again quickly placed on the schedule to have it fixed with another on time crew that quickly completed the work. As much as I hope to never have roof or chimney problems again if it was to happen I’d absolutely call Legacy roofing again. Excellent family owned business that will take care of you like family.
