Sam and the crew did a great job repairing our roof after hail damage. From start to finish communication was great. Sam walked us through everything, always helped answer questions. New roof looks great - would recommend.

Cannot recommend them enough. I got two other quotes for this roof repair that were both nearly an order of magnitude more expensive, yet Hector and his team knocked the whole project out in a single day, the workmanship is excellent, and the price was a fraction of what the bigger outfits wanted. Honest, fast, and quality work. If you need a roof repair, call them first.

I was referred to Hector and Last Exteriors and they came by to provide an estimate. I was impressed how quickly the estimate was processed since they use high-tech ariel view software that provides the square foot measurements instantly. Last Exteriors completed both my large house roof and 40X24 foot detached garage/barn in two days! Both roofs had complete tear offs. I was really impressed with how efficient the crew performed the work and I’m extremely pleased with the results! The crew even meticulously went around my property ensuring there weren’t any nails left behind. As an owner of two cats, this was really great since they frequently go outdoors. I highly recommended Lasts Exterior for their quality work and very reasonable price!

Choosing the right roofing company can be a difficult task, especially when there are so many to choose from. When our house suffered severe damage after a high wind storm that brought large branches through our roof, our research began. We spoke with some of our neighbors and friends that had also had recent roof work done on their homes as well. After meeting with Sam and Hector with Lasts Exteriors, our search was over. They are complete experts in their field and helped us every step of the way. Sam did a very thorough examination of our roof and the extent of the damage that the storm left behind. He and Hector came back out to our house before even being officially awarded the job to apply temporary patches on our roof so that we did not suffer further damage by water getting inside our home. They then worked directly with our insurance company to be sure that we received the best claim coverage results by providing additional photos and videos of the damage. Winter then hit quicker than expected and the roof replacement project had to be put on hold due to the extremely cold temperatures and large amounts of snow. Sam kept in close contact with us as he meticulously watched the weather forecasts. A break in the snow and cold weather was identified and the work dates were scheduled. Their crew was absolutely amazing. They took great care for our yard, landscaping, and deck during the entire project, especially during tear-off. The clean-up process was fantastic as well. Multiple backpack blowers, rakes, and powerful magnets scouring the surroundings of our house to make sure that no trace of materials was left behind. Sam has come by multiple times with his magnet to pick up rouge nails that were hiding in the remaining snow that was on the ground. Top notch service indeed! Oh and it goes without saying but we will anyway. The new roof looks absolutely amazing. We LOVE it!! If we could have, 10 stars would have been awarded to this review.

We called Sam to inspect a roof of a house we were looking at purchasing, he came right away and looked it over. Quoted us a new roof and did some minor repairs to get us by until we get the new roof. Will definitely be calling again for any roofing needs

Sam was referred by a friend and he came out to give me a quote right away. The quote followed in an email, but I needed to hold off on the big project and called a month later to see what it would cost for him to just cap the old pipe coming out of the roof. He told me there would be no charge because it was so small of a job, and came out the next day! He did a great job so I won't have a leak in my basement anymore, and I will call him when I am ready to do the bigger job (rewrapping an area on front porch).
