LCR did some roof repairs after our roof had sustained some damage not related to the installation of the roof. The rep from LCR said our roof was old, worn out, not properly done, and needed to be replaced. The funny thing is that our roof is just over 2 years old, and we never had any issues with it. Update after business FB: the skylight was "fixed" by the company that caused damage to that part of the roof. Your rep commented about the entire roof and about the bad job that was done re the skylight (never mentioned any flashing). So you can call my review petty as it is your right to do so, but I have the right to rate your business re your rep's interaction with me. Was the rep trying to "sell" us a new roof? I seriously doubt the qualifications of this rep since he's bashing the work of another company that did the install properly!

Hey Gerry. We apologize if you were made to feel this way. We were asked to repair your skylight that was installed with zero flashing. That is improper installation. The opinion of our rep was that the roof was not done correctly. We … More

Sam, the CEO, was very accommodating and responsive (even after hour). He moved the roof vents for us to allow more space for solar panels on the south facing side. He gave us an upgrade for the turbo vent and also helped us to communicate with the insurance additional payout for hail-resistance class 4 roof upgrade. Pricing was also very transparent and reasonable, as compare to many other companies that I have contacted for the hail-damage in August 2024. I definitely recommend this company.
