  We are sorry to hear you remain dissatisfied with your experience from 2022. As we explained at the time, the nail pops referenced in your review were caused by vibrations created during the roofing process, not by our crew stepping in the wrong areas of the roof. This is a known possibility during a roof replacement in older homes. This home was built in 2005. We also want to clarify that in 2022, in our response to your BBB complaint, we provided the name and contact information of a local contractor who could assist with the interior drywall repairs, as Lange Roofing does not perform sheetrock repairs. If you are still in need of a local contractor for the sheetrock repairs, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We'd be happy to recommend a trusted professional in our area. Lastly, you mentioned that your previous review disappeared. Our previous Google Business profile was unexpectedly removed, along with all of its reviews, which was outside of our control. We understand that a home is one of a person's biggest investments, and we appreciate the opportunity to provide clarification.

  I can't recommend Lange Roofing highly enough. My experience with them has gone well beyond a typical customer relationship. I've personally trusted Lange Roofing to replace two roofs on my own properties, and both experiences were handled with the professionalism, communication, and quality of work you hope for when making such a major investment. I've also had the opportunity to work with Lange Roofing professionally through property management and real estate transactions, where I've relied on them for roofing needs on numerous properties. When you're managing properties and helping clients through real estate transactions, having a roofing company you can call and trust is incredibly important. Lange Roofing has consistently been that company for me. What stands out most is the trust and relationship they've built over time. They are responsive, straightforward, professional, and stand behind their work. Whether it's a roof on one of my personal properties or helping a property management client or real estate transaction move forward, I know I can count on them to get the job done right. After working with Lange Roofing on multiple personal and professional projects over the years, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.   This has nothing to do with the job they do but everything to do with the caliber of workers they have. I was at the dump today with my 70 year old friend and two guys wearing Lange Roofing shorts stopped and helped us launch HEAVY BOXES into the bins. Just really great guys. Thank you again!!!

  We went in to inquire on replacing our roof,staff are friendly and helpful. We got our estimate the same week and got on their schedule. The day of the job they showed up on time (even a bit earlier) and were done by noon. Did a great job cleaning up after. Would definitely recommend

  Found shingle damage yesterday, and our daughter, a Realtor, suggested Lange Roofing. Called them yesterday, showed up 90 minutes later, our free estimate was for $300. Missing shingles in two areas and replacing a ridge. Came back this morning to do the work, and the roof looks like it was never damaged! Great work, and everyone at Lange Roofing was so friendly, polite, and professional. Don't see that too often these days. Lange Roofing is absolutely our go to for roof repair.

  Lange Roofing has gone above and beyond expectations. Not only had they replaced my roof in 2020 and did a perfect job, but I also had them do some minor repair in 2025 for some wind damage. The Inspector came next day and did a professional assessment but the repair scheduling process was also prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Lange Roofing for any of these services.
