  We hired Eduardo to replace some vinyl siding, replace loose shingles, and secure some unsecured soffit after Hurricane Helene. He was able to give us a quote quickly! A few days later, he sent out a crew member to do the work. Looked great! However, they did not secure the loose soffit. Small task but it was included in the quote. No big deal, Eduardo reached out the next day for payment & that’s when we mentioned the uncompleted job. He said he was on his way to finish it up, so we paid our invoice. He never showed up, so he was not on his way, and we have since texted him and messaged him multiple times asking for an update, but we haven’t even received a text back. He did answer our phone call once and let us know he was overwhelmed with work, but would get to it soon. I understand that contractors were very busy after the storm, but lying about being on your way, and never completing a paid for job is unacceptable. I would not recommend him, based on this, as we felt lied to and ignored. Very unfortunate as we thought his crew did a good job and he was very friendly at first, that's why I'm giving 2 stars. All of the other stars taken off since we were lied to when he said he was on his way, and he's ignored countless texts!

  A Roofer who cares and does an awesome job! I had to replace my roof because my Home Insurance company was Non-Renewing my policy due to the age of my roof. Eduardo was very professional, kind, informative, quick to communicate and went above and beyond my expectations for the installation. His team got the job done in a timely manner and did a great debris cleanup! I highly recommend Landmark Solutions LLC. Thanks again Eduardo!

  We had a roof repair where 3 different elevations met in one spot and created an area where water would pool and not runoff effectively. Also had roof installation over the back porch. Good work, reasonable price. I would recommend.
