  Hello Michael, we appreciate your feedback and want to address your concerns directly. First, we did acknowledge and apologize for the delay. While we understand that was frustrating, it does not reflect the quality or accuracy of the inspection itself. Regarding the inspection process—Jeff Landers has over 40 years of hands-on roofing experience, with tile roofing being a primary specialty. Roof inspections are not performed based on a “checklist,” but on experience and proven diagnostic methods. In your case, the source of both leaks was identified before even accessing the roof, and this was later confirmed by removing tiles and documenting the exact issues with photos included in your report. Climbing into an attic is not always necessary to properly diagnose roof-related issues, especially on tile systems where problems are often visible and traceable from the exterior. Additionally, the underlayment was spot-checked in multiple areas and found to be in serviceable condition. The inspection was concise because the issues were clearly identifiable—not because effort was lacking. Our goal is accuracy and efficiency, not prolonging a visit unnecessarily. We stand behind the inspection and the findings provided. That said, we’re sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the experience.

  Had an appointment for an estimate with the owner, but he never showed or called. Two weeks later and still haven't heard from them; have left voicemails on both office and cell phones. Don't waste your time- try a different roofing company.

  Such an amazing experience with Landers Roofing. Excellent communication usually with same day response to my email questions. New roof is beautiful, the gentlemen cleaned up after working each day so much so you wouldn't even know work had been done that day. On a personal note Jeff & Rayann wished my mom well as they remembered she was recovering from knee surgery. It warmed our heart for the get well wishes. Just one more touch of excellence. Highly recommend Landers Roofing as their work is outstanding, the rest is a bonus!

  I'm so impressed with Landers Roofing and will happily refer them to all of my friends and family. For starters, with all the rain in California we came to find that there was a leak, not to mention, I had also recently gotten a notice from my insurance company that the roof needed to be replaced or they would stop my coverage. Jeff came to the house to look at my roof for a quote and even came back before the rain started again to cover the area that was leaking and prevent further damage. With all the rain recently they weren't able to get my roof fixed before insurance was going to cut me but informed me that my insurance may hold the insurance if I tell them I'm getting a new roof. My insurance requested a signed contract to keep my insurance active. Rayann provided ASAP and my insurance didn't lapse. Rayann kept me updated throughout the entire process and date changes to start the job due to rainy weather. As soon as it was my turn in line for my roof and the weather cleared for a few days, they were on it. Landers took care of my roof and repaired all damage from the leak. I now have a beautiful new roof to last many many years!
