I had a roof leak on Monday and called both numbers that they had listed. Mid- afternoon on Thursday. I got a call back. If you really need help, you’re wasting your time calling these guys.

Hello Jerry, I apologize as the rainy season is one of the busiest time of the year for new clients and our company. My direct phone number is (805) 878-4395, our Spanish line is (805) 310-2206. I left you a voicemail acknowledging it was a couple days late and if you still needed us to help with your roof leak from the recent storm to please follow up or please disregard my voicemail if you found a company to assist. I make sure I reach out to everyone two times before removing from our list which is what I did. I'll make sure to work on calling back sooner. I hope you were able to get your roof issues resolved. - Jose with GN Roofing.

I talked to Jose once on the phone and he was going to take a look at my leaking roof, but he would never call me back after I left 3 voicemails. GN Roofing just missed out on a $32,000 roofing job, because they completely failed to respond.

Jose & the GN crew have helped us with roofs at two properties now. One was a tile removal, resheating, and tile reinstallation, the other was a regular shingle roof. Both jobs they did an excellent job, not only installing the materials but also finding improvements to roof design issues, and pointing out issues with the original installations and then correcting them. They work very quickly and are competitively priced. I highly recommend and will be using them for future roofing needs.
