We couldn't be happier with Efficient Roofing and highly recommend Juan and his team. We originally contacted them after dealing with a roof leak, and from the beginning they were professional, dependable, knowledgeable, and wonderful to work with. They showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they said they would do, and then went above and beyond. As they replaced our roof, they took the time to point out areas that could be improved, made recommendations to make the new roof better, and updated things as needed to ensure everything was done properly and brought up to current code. When they found materials that needed to be replaced along the way, they replaced them rather than simply covering over a problem, which was extremely important to us. They also helped us obtain an excellent warranty, another big priority for us, and we really appreciate knowing that Juan and his team stand behind both their products and their workmanship. After the stress of dealing with a leaking roof, it is such a relief to now have a beautiful new roof that we feel confident in. Efficient Roofing truly went above and beyond for us, and we are thoroughly happy with the entire experience. We would absolutely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you, Juan and team!

Rafael is very personable and professional. The crew works with expertise and accuracy. They put a new roof and replaced the skylights when we bought our house 3 years ago and recently roofed a new patio cover. I will have a couple more projects on the property and would not call anyone else.

Efficient Roofing did an outstanding job on our recent roof replacement in Goleta. We had a fairly involved project, but the team was fast, professional, and extremely easy to work with throughout the whole process. One of the best parts was how respectful they were of our property—they did a great job cleaning up all the debris and nails at the end of every single day. If you need a reliable roofer, look no further.

I had a small leak spring up in my garage over the last week of rainstorms and I struggled to find where the source of the leak was on the roof. After hours of looking, I decided to give Juan a call to schedule an appointment. After describing my issue, Juan was able to tell me exactly the steps I should go about looking for the issue. Following his advice, I was able to find a popped nail and repair it myself in 20 minutes, saving me a great deal of time and money. While I did not end up booking his services, based on my interaction I can only surmise that Juan and his crew are consummate professionals and will always look out for their customers (or potential customers, in my case). I can imagine this is why they have 5 stars reviews from dozens of other happy customers, and if I am in need of future roof work, Juan and his crew will be my first call.

Efficient Roofing just finished reroofing my house using the existing tile. This saved me thousands of dollars not to mention less material ending up in the land fill. Nice friendly crew that were thorough and cleaned up every day after themselves. We had some rain to work around but the crew made sure my roof was sealed up before they left the job site for the day. I would recommend Efficient Roofing if you need a new roof or repair.
