  After installing a roof on my back patio, it began to leak immediately. I called them back out and they refused to stand behind their work. The owner came out and blatantly lied to my face. Being a roofer for 20 years in my younger days, I knew exactly where the leak was coming from.

  At Roofing Concepts, we take pride in our work and in providing honest, transparent recommendations to our customers. Before installing your new roof, we thoroughly explained that removing your solar panels was necessary to ensure a tight seal and prevent potential leaks in the future. We provided you with all options, including the risks of not removing the panels, but you chose to proceed without removal to cut repair costs. 2 years later, when you contacted us about a small leak near the solar panels, we promptly inspected the area and confirmed that a proper repair would require panel removal. We provided a solution and a quote, but we never received a response to move forward with the repair. We understand that roofing issues can be frustrating, but we always stand behind our work and recommendations. If you would like to proceed with the necessary repairs, we would be happy to assist.
