  You have to watch these guys good if they are working on your project. One of their guys hit my excavator with a forklift after he had already hit someone else's piece of equipment on the job site and damaged it. They had someone from their office come out and make some type of report but never even bothered to resolve it or try to make it right with me. The guy got lucky he didn't cause more damage to my machine.

  I understand roofers are very busy. Wicks really let us down. Estimater came as planned, was told I’d hear back in 2 weeks and did. Signed the estimate and called several days after, was told scheduling will get back to me soon. 2 weeks …

  Submitted request for solar + roof estimate through Tesla on 5/8. Spoke with Allison on 5/9 and set up a site visit for 5/16. Received solar quote on on 5/22 and told I would be receiving a separate quote for the roof shortly. 6/4 get a solar follow up email, but still no roof quote. Allison said she would check with her roofer about the other quote, but that was the last time they communicated with me. I wish I could give them five stars, but I feel they way the handled my request was very unprofessional considering it has not been over two months for a simple quote. I was okay spending $40k on this project, but apparently they weren't interested in my business. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not by recommending them to anyone I know.

  Hey Mark, sorry about the experience. Would you be willing to discuss this some more so i can understand? Im one of the owners and we have recently made great strides in Customer Service with the public. We traditionally had done most of our work volume with General Contractors so our customer service game with the public was not on point. I would like to say this has changed over the past year and a half and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss what went wrong so i can help to ensure corrective measures with our policies and procedures. We have implemented Customer Service software to help our staff give proper service. We had some growing pains and we are a human run company but at the end of the day i would like the opportunity to understand how we can be even better than we are today.   Referred to us by a highly respected local contractor. The estimator was prompt in reviewing the job, but one month later and still no proposal or return phone call. I'd avoid this company, they must have all the business they need.

  Hi Dana, Im very sorry for the experience. In the past we traditionally have been very focused on working with General Contractors and we have had some growing pains. We have over 100 employees and maintaining a high level of customer service with local homeowners is something we have really worked on and made better since this matter. We have implemented a full scale Customer Service Relationship Management software to ensure our estimators meet deadlines. Our estimators would become overwhelmed and miss deadlines so we have now hired more managers to alleviate that workload. If you would be willing to call our office and ask for Jared i would do my best to make it up to you. But know that we have since made some significant changes to ensure customer satisfaction, so thank you for your honest review. It has helped me know where to focus my efforts.

  Had Wicks come out to look at two leaks in my roof, said they were going to make up a quote... Called them three times once a week, and while the receptionist was kind, they never responded other than "sorry for the delay". It's been two months now. This company is looking for medium or large jobs only.

  Got a couple hundred bill from them just to give me a bid on sealing some cracks around my roof jacks. What a joke. Took them weeks to get back to me with the bid too, all two sentences of it.

  Victor came out to assess some damage to our circuit breaker. He showed up on time had clear communication and was very professional. We appreciated the time he took to explain things And would definitely recommend this company.

  My electric panel needed to be moved and updated before I could get a solar battery. Very easy to work with. Followed through with what I was told would happen. Conscientious and knowledgeable. Made sure I was happy before they left. Definitely will recommend.

  I highly recommend wicks roofing they did the job I believe about 2 to 3 years ago for our Mobile home and I’ve been up there to clean the debris off and it looked pretty good but we had them come back and check before this winter and it was rock solid again. I recommended super nice people professional.

  I had a great experience with Wicks and recommend them for others. The technician was friendly, understanding, and helpful. He did exactly what needed to be done. They were on time, and in this day and age, the cost was reasonable. I tried other roofers and they are ripping us off to say the least. Go with Wicks first.

  Wicks Roofing and Solar is fantastic! Staff is very helpful and friendly. Our technician, Ethan Rodgers was especially excellent. He started up our solar system and explained everything about it to us. Helped us download the app so we can monitor our solar on line. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend this company and actually have recommended them to some of our neighbors who are needing help setting up their solar.

  Wicks was very easy to deal with from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, and they were professional, responsive, and reliable throughout. I'm very happy with my new roof.   Kudos to Julian, Juan & Alberto. Julian responsive & patient w/ all our inquiries. Really spent time working on our behalf. Can’t say enough about installers, Juan & Alberto.
