  Nearly run off the road by a truck with this company name and phone number labeled on the sides. The truck was weaving between the lanes with no turn signals and going about 70mph in a 40. White male in his 50s or 60s driving. You should be far more responsible when driving a company car.

  Lakeside roofing company replaced roof on an apartment building for me. The crew threw shingles off the roof without tarps on the sides of the building. Tar streaks from the shingles got on all sides of the building. They asked to be paid before cleaning the tar off the house. Finally they came back to clean it, and the chemical they used discolored huge sections of my vinyl siding permanently everywhere on the building. Brad DeDoes the owner refused to file an insurance claim for the siding his company damaged. I was left with permanently discolored siding and a roof that leaked around the pipe flashings on two different plumbing vents, which he would not come back and fix. Lakeside Roofing’s bid was the lowest priced of the 3 bids I got, now I know why.

  Shaun Tbowa Clark Hey Nicole, I thought court settled all this between us almost a year ago. Guess I’ll have to respond in a couple of parts here. Everyone has a right to voice their opinions, but you acting like a victim who was totally left out to dry here is an inaccurate portrayal of the truth. I spent well over 30 hours of my own time trying everything I could to remedy your siding including getting the manufacturer of said cleaning products to come out. You turned down his recommendation of cleaning the entire house top to bottom which again, I offered to cover totally. You received 7,000 dollars off of a 13,000 project to put towards your new siding from Lakeside. Here we are a year later, and you didn’t change anything. During our mediation process, you claimed you would have your crew of people do the work of changing the pipe boot. And you waived your right to a warranty after you signed the mediation agreement. You also stated during that proceeding that the roof was in great condition with no leaks. Your only complaint was the siding, so if your crew messed up your pipe boots, that’s unfortunate. Both sides were left frustrated but agreed to amicably part ways until this complaint, so I’m sorry you still feel upset enough to voice those complaints a year later.

  Got a new roof on our house last week. Our neighbor referred Shawn and his crew. So we thought we would try them. Communication was excellent, Shawn and he's workers are very friendly and got the job done in 2 today. Very pleased with the price, communication and the hard work they did, And of course my new roof ☺️100% recommend Shawn and his crew. Love to give them more they 5 stars.

  Tyler and his team were incredibly professional, detailed, punctual, and fast! They had our old roof torn off and the new one installed in essentially one day. The entire process was seamless and stress-free from start to finish. I highly recommend working with Tyler and his team. If you’re in need of a new roof in the West Michigan area, Lakeside Roofing is the business to call!

  They did a wonderful job installing our new roof. We also got brand new gutters installed as well. They were extremely professional and they were very fast installing everything. They also did a great job cleaning up everything. I would highly recommend them for roof repairs or replacements!

  Our family's experience with Lakeside Roofing Co. was exceptional from start to finish. The entire process was organized, transparent, and stress-free. Their pricing was the best of all the quotes we received, and there were no surprises along the way. The crew arrived right on time at 7:00 a.m. and had our old roof removed and the new one installed by around 11:00 a.m.—just before the afternoon rain arrived. Their efficiency was incredible without sacrificing quality. They took great care to protect our home and landscaping, especially the flower beds at the front of the house. When the job was finished, the cleanup was outstanding. We found very few nails or staples in the yard, and there was absolutely no damage to our property. One thing that really stood out was how considerate the crew was. Whenever my daughter and I needed to leave or return to the house, they paused their work so we could safely come and go. That level of professionalism and courtesy meant a lot. A special thank you to Tyler, our project manager. His communication was outstanding, and he was always available by text whenever we had questions. It gave us complete confidence throughout the project. The entire team was friendly, professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. I have nothing but great things to say about Lakeside Roofing Co. and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof. They exceeded our expectations in every way!

  We are extremely happy with our roof experience with Lakeside Roofing. After shopping around for multiple quotes, we decided to go with Lakeside because of the professional nature of having booklets to peruse color options along with the license/insured crew. It was an extra nice touch that the project manager, Darrell, brought panels of actual shingles for us to set next to our home when making a color selection. On the actual work day, the crew was professional, kept all of our landscaping safe from debris and they cleaned up really well afterward too. Their crew worked through a hot July day. It was nice to see a company taking care of their crew and bringing them refills on ice, water, electrolytes, etc. Our roof turned out great and we're glad we went with Lakeside!

  We had a great experience with Lakeside! From the initial explanation of the process with Shaun, to color choice and details on pros and cons, through installation - everything was top-notch! The installation crew worked quickly and thoroughly, and probably most impressive for us was the clean-up: roof replacement is inherently a messy job, but the team was very thorough in keeping as much as possible off our lawn in the first place, and doing a complete sweep for any runaway nails once everything was picked up. As an added bonus: Lakeside is a local business. The end product looks fantastic as well - highly recommend Lakeside for your roofing needs!

  It was a very pleasant experience working with Lakeside Roofing from start to finish. Daryl was very knowledgeable with guiding us through selection of material and color.   Lakeside Roofing is the BEST! They replaced our roof that they installed 23 years ago and now we have a new one installed by the same company and it looks great! They are a good stable company. The workers were very professional, prompt, hard working and cleaned up after themselves perfectly. Call Shawn, he will take care of any of your roofing needs even after the installation, Shawn is the greatist! Prompt and Complete friendly service. Highly Recommended.
