KVN Roofing was a pleasure to work with from the very first conversation. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly, patient, and respectful, which made the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. They took the time to answer our questions and never made us feel rushed. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and clearly cared about doing a good job. It is rare to find a company that combines excellent workmanship with such a warm and welcoming attitude. We are very happy with KVN and would gladly recommend them.

KVN replaced my roof (including the plywood) and my gutters were replaced by a subcontractor. I also had them redo the insulation (via another subcontractor) and I had them install ridge and edge venting with metal air tubes between the lower and ridge areas. So it was a big job and wasn't cheap but they all did an amazing job! I want to give a special shout-out to the crew lead, Javier, and his team. Javier not only did a good chunk of the labor alongside the team, but he also answered a lot of my questions and continually kept me abreast of what was going on. By the time the field manager, Daniel, came around, there wasn't much he could add that I didn't already know from talking to Javier. Nothing against Daniel though, he was also very friendly and took great pictures and videos of the work as it progressed! All in all, KVN did a very high quality job and they all seemed to be pretty focused on making sure I was very happy with the results, which I was!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful review! We’re thrilled to hear you had such a great experience with your full roofing project, insulation, gutters, and ventilation upgrades. Javier and his crew take a lot of pride in their work, and we’ll make sure he and Daniel both see your kind words. Communication and craftsmanship are huge priorities for us, so it means a lot to know the team kept you informed and delivered results you’re happy with. Thank you again for trusting KVN with such a major project and for supporting Vancouver’s best roofing contractors!

KVN recently completed a full Hardie Plank re-siding on our modest ranch-style home, and the installation crew deserves a full five stars. They were outstanding—hardworking, professional, and incredibly resilient. They worked through both good and bad weather and kept the project moving efficiently. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were excellent, and it was clear the crew took pride in their work - 5-stars for them! Where the experience fell short was in the estimating and coordination process. We had scheduled the house to be re-clad with plywood due to the way the home was originally constructed. What wasn’t made clear during the estimate was that every window would need to be removed to accommodate the plywood sheathing. Since this wasn’t included in the original bid, it resulted in a change order and additional cost that we hadn’t anticipated. We also decided to add insulation because the house previously had none. Unfortunately, despite trying to coordinate with the estimating team the week before construction began, we never received a comparison estimate between blown-in and batt insulation. That would have helped us make a more informed—and potentially more cost-effective—decision. In the end, we’re very happy with the finished product. Once the project moved from estimating to the construction crew, everything ran smoothly and the quality of the work speaks for itself. Great construction team, but the front-end estimating and communication process could be improved.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed review of your experience with KVN. We truly appreciate your feedback. We’re thrilled to hear that you’re happy with the finished result and that our installation crew delivered the level of craftsmanship and professionalism we strive for. Our team takes a lot of pride in their work, and it means a lot to hear that their dedication—especially working through changing weather conditions—made a positive impression. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the estimating and coordination process. Clear communication at every stage of a project is extremely important to us, and we understand how unexpected change orders or missing comparison information can be frustrating. Your comments are valuable and will help us continue improving how we explain project details and options during the early planning stages. At KVN, our goal is to provide homeowners with both high-quality craftsmanship and a smooth overall experience. As one of the trusted Vancouver Contractors and exterior specialists in the area, feedback like yours helps us refine our process and serve our customers even better. Thank you again for trusting KVN with your home and for recognizing the hard work of our construction team. We’re grateful for the opportunity to complete your siding project and wish you many years of enjoyment with your newly updated home.

We appreciate KVN doing our roofing project. The work was definitely 5 star for our roof replacement. We liked their job so much on our siding/painting project a few years back, that we did not hesitate to have them come back and do our roof too! Way to go, KVN! Having Cody as our field manager was great. He responded to all our questions and concerns in a timely manner and we especially appreciated the video updates on our project. He made sure the project was going on schedule. Two things we thank KVN for is that we asked them to start the project on a Tuesday because of the problem with having garbage trucks and KVN vehicles on same day and they complied with our wishes. Secondly, thank you for the hardworking crew who tirelessly worked through to beat the threat of rain especially with the roof exposed…thank you for the long hours you put in…so if you want your roof done, you can’t do better than KVN!!!
