  They won't even help out on anyone with a small job all their interested I s big soaking up for jobs only I wouldn't trust these people

  John, we came out for a free estimate on May 31st, 2023. We mailed you (because you didn't provide an email) our roof maintenance program sheet to sign on June 1st, 2023 so we could schedule our roof technician to come out and reseal around your dormer. No job is too small for our company. We actually have two service programs dedicated towards small jobs. Our handyman and roof maintenance programs.   Called company to get estimate to get done. Told the lady i wanted to get it done, she had Mike come out to check it out, he came to the door spoke with me then left. Never returned, never called, never even gave me any explanation. Poor customer service.

  We went out for an appointment on 12/21/22 and emailed the estimate on 12/22/22. The email happened to go to the customers spam folder and he didn't see it. We called Mr. Costello and straightened everything out!

  I had an estimate done about 2 weeks ago. I still haven’t even heard a thing back. I’ve contacted and yet still nothing. Very unprofessional.

  Mr. Eaves, I am very surprised to see this review as we just completed a job for you and it looks great. We also facilitated in your 203k loan to ensure you received the funds you needed to complete this project. We usually don't work with those type of loans so that was a courtesy for you. That loan required a lot of extra administration work that we did at no cost to you. I'm truly disappointed in this review as I thought we serviced you very well and did quality work.

  My roof leaks 3 x in less than qp years. Now I have mold issues and they refuse to accept responsibility

  I had a negative experience with Kusiak Construction. More specifically their assessor Bob that was sent for the initial job inspection. Bob was over an hour late to his appt time. Upon arrival I showed Bob the affected area I needed repaired (flooring & joists). The access to my crawl is on the interior of the house through my floor in our laundry room. Bob refused to access the space claiming he was "too obese" to fit into the opening. This was false as I am similar size, give or take 25 lbs, and can very easily fit into the space. I felt he didn't want to possibly get dirty and was being very lazy. He proceeded to lay on his stomach with his phone camera in the hole attempting to take pictures. The whole ordeal lasted no more than 15 minutes. He did NO measurements nor did he even bother to explain what could've been done to remedy the situation. All in all I felt that my call was an inconvenience for him, therefore he gave extremely low effort to help. I waited until the second day before calling Kusiak about my quote after not hearing from Bob. Bob then informed me that Kusiak will pass on the job due to being overly busy and because they have an aging crew who will not work inside of a crawl space. I feel wronged due to the fact I explained my situation prior to them sending Bob out and was told this is definitely something Kusiak can handle for me. If they were too busy to take work I should've been told that up front rather than miss time at work and have Bob completely waste my time. I would NOT recommend Kusiak Construction in the future if this is how they do business. I'm currently waiting for a call back from ownership to further explain what transpired and hopefully correct this wrong.

  Al, I appreciate your feedback. We do our best to get all the information needed when answering the calls and setting up appointments. We have different crews with different skills for different jobs. Sometimes one of our crews can be booked for months while the other crews are readily available. That is why we don't say a blanket statement of "we're too busy" because it really depends on each job and what it entails. Unfortunately, we can't tell over the phone what crew would be needed or exactly what the job would need to complete. Once Bob was out and saw this was not something we were able to service for you in a timely or cost effective manner, he let you know. I'm sorry you feel this was a waste of time. However, I don't see how we would have known if we were able to complete the service or not without coming out first.

  Office staff and owner were completely rude and unprofessional to another company and their office staff.

  In this instance, we were the customer. This is an employee from a building department. We agree to disagree on this situation. We have continued to keep our business relationship strong with this town, despite not agreeing on how a situation was handled as we were the customers, and are currently doing a number of different projects in this town.

  I called to get an estimate on repair of my attic and roof. I stated at that time that the attic must be repaired first as the nature of the damage in the attic is such that repairs would likely damage the roof further in the process, or damage a new roof if done after the roof. I also stated that I needed an assessment that would enable me to file a claim with my insurance as to how much damage is covered by insurance. When their assessor came out, I stated that again, as did my husband. What I got was just a listing on work proposed and cost to replace the roof. No mention of the attic, and the person who came out chose to not even look at our attic. Nothing in the paperwork could be used to file a claim with our insurance, either, but we did get a separate estimate to replace our siding, which was not part of our request and to which we already had said no to the assessor at the time of his visit. I will not be using their services since they ignored our statements.

  I'm sorry you feel that way. We work with insurance companies every single day and are very familiar with how the insurance process works. Our estimate that was sent absolutely could've been used for your insurance. We can not say how much your insurance will cover, that is solely determined by your insurance adjuster. We work hand in hand with insurance companies and always prefer that we are there at time of insurance adjuster inspection. Sometimes, we as a licensed, bonded, and insured contractor find more damage than your insurance company and can facilitate in covering more. There was a miscommunication somewhere along the way and we would've loved the opportunity to sort that out. We wish you luck in your project.

  We were looking at a few companies to completely gut and redo our bathroom and found Kusiak. We hired them to do our bathroom and couldn’t be happier. It’s the bathroom I have wanted for 20 years. I would highly recommend Kusiak and Tom!

  My Kuziak roof whipped a tornado's butt last night! We had crazy high winds and a tornado swirling above our house and today, our roof looks brand new. Thanks, Dave! Thanks for the new larger downspouts too. We love them! I trust Kuziak!

  Kusiac Construction demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the project. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work completed on my bathroom, including the installation of new tile walls and flooring.   I have used Kusiak Construction several times. They are very professional and timely. They quoted a price and a time line. They did exactly what they said they would do and finished the job on time. I call them every year to have gutters cleaned. They ring the bell, advise me who they are and what they're here for and complete the job. Would highly recommend them. So much so, I refer them to my clients.

  Needed a new roof. The team came out quickly for a quote and inspection. The following week they were able replace the whole roof at an affordable price. Great customer services throughout. Would highly recommend the team at Kusiak Construction.

  Just had my gutters cleaned by Kusiak Construction and they did an awesome job! Super friendly, showed up on time, and got everything done quickly but really thoroughly. They even cleaned up all the mess afterward—my yard looks great! It’s so nice to find people who actually care about their work and do it right. I’ll definitely be calling them again next time and recommending them to anyone who needs their gutters cleaned. Thanks again for the great service!
