I have been waiting for my roof for almost 2 years now, they took my insurance companies money and are now actively lying to the Better Business Bureau about what has taken place. Even though they claim to 'record' all their calls for quality assurance. They have my money so now I am stuck....

Kramer is bullshit. It has been almost one year since I signed the contract with them, they cashed my deposit and still haven't scheduled a date yet. I signed a contract with them in 9-30-2025.

This review is for my father who doesn't have a computer. My father paid a down-payment of 9,000 in Aug of 2025 for new roofs for his house and garage after storm damage. We are now in July of 2026 and Kramer STILL have not installed his …

I can't give zero stars or I would. I currently have a complaint filed with BBB, the Attorney General is next, and then a lawyer. We signed a contract in April 2025, it is now March 2026 and we don't have a roof replacement. Getting …

If I could leave less than one star, I would. I strongly caution anyone against doing business with this company. I paid a deposit for a new roof a full year ago, and the moment they received my money, communication completely stopped. For the past 12 months, I have repeatedly tried contacting them via phone, text, and email. I am met with either total silence or incredibly vague answers from a rotating door of employees who seem to work there one day and leave the next. To this day, I have not been given a timeline for when—or if—the work will ever be completed. Because of this complete lack of service, I requested to cancel my contract and demanded a full refund of my deposit. My requests have been entirely ignored. After looking into this further, I see that numerous other customers have experienced this exact same pattern of taking deposits and ghosting clients. I no longer trust this company to step foot on my property, let alone complete a roof. I want my deposit returned immediately. Avoid this business at all costs.

Roof looks great. 10/10, rain stays outside. Huge fan of that part. I signed in April and didn’t get the roof until September, so right out of the gate this turned into a bit of a long-term relationship. …

I would never trust them. From the May tornado they promised new roofer in June and kept lying about getting to it for 10 months. By my insurance policy it had to be done within a year. They kept lying and I finally fired them. New roofer got it done in time. Luckily I put the down payment on my credit card. After lying and leaving me in the dark for ten months they wanted a cancellation fee. I got all my money through visa.

Terrible. It has been 6 months since we signed a contract and they still refuse to give us a start date. We have asked for our deposit back and haven’t heard a word.

My home was damaged in the May 16th Tornado, Kramer. Roofing got insurance money from us back in June, but still has not come to do the contracted work for us. I requested for work to be done or refund of our monies, but they told me in December of 2025 that I can only receive 7,000.00 of our 10,000.00 back although they still have not returned my call nor have they come to do the work. Our home is still damaged, we have been scammed.

Worst company ever! Paid and signed contract in summer 2025and now it’s Jan 2026, still haven’t not started the work. Said will start at end of March 2026. Why this company haven’t been sued and go out of business? Is this even legal ?

Just say NO!! This company is difficult to contact. Work has been delayed. They give a start date, then no show and no explanation of why the workers did not begin work. It's been 4 months. I'm disappointed.

I paid this company for a new roof back in July. They applied for additional funds from my insurance which they received. It's November 20, and they still haven't started work. I can't even get a call back. I never thought I'd be the person to get scammed like this. I wish I'd done my research before paying them. Do not use this company.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. These people lie, won’t return phone calls, and bully the customer into paying before an invoice has been sent and then come to find out they added in hidden fees to get you to pay more than what insurance gives. Worst experience in my life.

Difficult, threatened a lien They were normal to work with up until they receive first payment. After that, it took 5 months for them to complete the roof, with limited response. Once work was completed, they threatened to place a lien on my house even though insurance had not yet approved final payment and work they completed needed to be fixed. This was only two weeks after I received their final invoice. They sent numerous threatening texts and even sent someone to my house. The people who performed the actual work were completely fine, the administrative side were the worst contracting company I’ve ever worked with.

I would give 0 stars of possible. Terrible customer service! They were great with communication until they got our business. Now we have a leak after three weeks with our new roof and they will not return our phone calls or come out and fix the problem! They do not stand behind their work!

Sam has made everything so quick and easy for us! He facilitated the call to our insurance company and was at our house during the inspection. His communication has been great and he’s been there every step of the approval process!
