This needs to be said and I hate leaving bad reviews. But people need to know this prior to having them do a roof . They had contracts with Maronda homes . They placed this roof on hear back in 2019 . In 2022 I had a roofer tell me this was …

Sir, I have no idea who you are. You say that Maronda Homes built your house, in which case we may or may not have done your roof. Your best bet is to reach out to the person who built your home. It sounds to me like they’re the ones you have an issue with. If you are even a legitimate customer and not just someone who gets paid to post positive and/or negative reviews. I have reached out, but you refused to provide any information about your name, whereabouts, etc. My company has been around a very long time and we just have very few complaints, but if we do get one we address it right away. You’re trying to say that we put a roof on your house in 2019, and you’re trying to say you had flashing issues and leaks in 2019. You also had it repaired in 2022, 2023, and 2025, and you’re still having problems. You stated that you contacted my company. I have no idea who you are, where you live, nothing about you, as you will not share the information. I will tell you this, there is no way my company was called to take care of a complaint, and we just didn’t address it for all these years. It sounds to me like you have issues you do not want to disclose so you are making false allegations because you are upset. If you would like to reach out or call me I would be glad to check your address and see if we have anything to do with the issues you have or if we can help.

We recently had Koch Roofing replace our roof and install new gutters and a solar attic fan — they handled everything from start to finish flawlessly. Paul (the manager) was incredibly helpful and communicative, walked us through samples, explained the process, and kept us informed about scheduling and weather delays. The crew was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented; They inspected and repaired areas as needed, they replaced damaged plywood, installed the roof, solar attic fan and gutters neatly, and left the property spotless — running magnets to pick up nails and cleaning up all debris. Quality workmanship, fair pricing, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Koch Roofing for any roofing project.

Just want to share that I just had my roof done by Koch roofing. They did an outstanding job. they were honest, reliable and professional. they did it when they said they would. Paul who ran the job made sure everything was done correctly and was the most polite, honest, and trustworthy Super I have every met. not only did they complete on time but made sure everything was cleaned up. They had a crew come out and walk with a magnet on a pole to make sure there were not nails left in the yard then they used another tool they rolled to make sure all was gone. Next they mowed & weed wacked the entire yard. I also had the gutter done by Koch gutters, who were just as professional . the gutter are bigger & more heavy duty then the ones I had before. They are a family owned business and have been around for 20+ years. you wont go wrong using them. P.S. they quoted a price in the beginning & stuck to it.
