They came to my home in Pearland and remodeled my bathroom and replaced drywall in my dining room and replaced my old siding with hardy board. We loved the work and would highly recommend them. Our next project will be replacing the fascia, insulation and ductwork. I can’t wait!! Thank you!!

Thanks for the awesome feedback! At Knight Roofing, we take pride in showing up early, working efficiently, and delivering top-quality roofing in just one day. Is Your Roof 5 Years Old? It’s Time for a Maintenance Check. Around year 5, Texas roofs start showing early wear from heat, storms, and daily expansion/contraction. Sealants dry out, fasteners loosen, and pipe boots begin to deteriorate — all small issues that can turn into leaks if ignored. Here’s what homeowners should inspect at the 5‑year mark: • Sealant around pipe jacks, roof vents, and boots • Exposed fasteners (tighten or reseal) • Flashing around chimneys and walls • Ridge caps and high‑stress shingle areas • Early granule loss or lifting shingles A quick roof tune‑up now can extend the life of your roof and prevent costly repairs later.
