  I used this company for a new roof. They said I could use the safe home grant and walked me through how it works. They set up the account and said they would deal with the safe home grant. They said I received $6,000 in the grant as you couldn’t up to $7,500. They took so long to get the roof done as I waited from February until June for it to finally get started. They kept telling me weather , then their crew wa short handed and then after weeks gone by they said they needed more information ect….. I paid the deposit required and they finally came to do the roof. The workers kept throwing the heavy bags of shingles on the roof making the whole hose shake and things on my walls were falling off. Two of my lights in the ceiling came crashing down and shattered everywhere. They said they would replace them and they never did. Then they messed up the warrenty with wrong information and wrong color of shingles. I asked if they can fix that and they said they would. I RECIVED THE BILL SAYING PAID IN FULL. ZERO BALANCE.!!! AS I PAID WHAT THE BALANCE WAS. Then they said they wanted $900.00 MORE if I wanted the warrenty!!! I said you can’t hold the warrenty and I paid in FULL with the receipt. They kept hanging the phone on me when I would call to get the warrenty. I’m taking this to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I will sue them for the warrenty as they can’t keep my warrenty on the roof I paid in full with receipt. I will report this to the Safe home grant as well. This is RIDICULOUS AND THEY CROOKS!!!!

  Klaus Roofing systems signed my name to a contract with out my permission.the salesmen Mat “said I told him to sign my name.”I didnot.South Carolina doesnot allow oral “ Power of Attorney’s”A power of Attorney has to witnessed, signed and legally notarized to be legal, never mind that I didnot tell him to sign my name.this would be forgery but he could not even sign my correct name.the police said “ that they couldnot arrest him for forgery cause mat signed the wrong name.the book keeper admitted that mat told she told me he signed my names cause I couldnot get the pen to write?? The contract is void and it’s not what I agreed to.they keep sending bills with subtitle signed contract.they lie , deflect and refuse to answer.talking to any one in charge is like talking to a wall.Be cautious ,beware get everything in writing . Part 2will follow PART II Their workers aren’t very conscientious. I guess if you only speak Spanish, you can’t understand English directions. Mat said I’d get a dollar for every nail that I picked up. Obviously, their workers couldn’t pick them up so I had to.I’m still waiting 85 nails in washers I gotta clean up after them. They can’t even do a correct job. Is that what you want from Klaus Roofing? You have to finish up their dirty work……. Part 3 :will follow. Roof is not even 6 months old and already loss shingles !!!!   Very happy with their service! Matt was able to visit my property the day I called for an estimate, and promptly provided me with a comprehensive quote for a new roof. He took the time to explain all different options and their benefits, and was very responsive before, during and even after the job was completed! They were able to replace the roof within a week, and sent pictures the day of the job (I wasn’t on site). They even cleaned up EVERYTHING afterwards-not even a nail has been found in the yard! Keep up the good work, guys!

  Matt is knowledgeable and professional, there were no surprises with the install timeline and cost. Good to work with. Jake and his crew handled the job perfectly, even when the weather turned for the worse. They powered through and got the job done on time and as expected. Hard working and professional. I would definitely suggest Klaus Roofing to anyone that asks.

  So very pleased that we decided to use Klaus roofing they were very professional and honest unlike some other companies that we considered Matt was very helpful in explaining the sc safe home grant and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to replace your roof

  Our job was a walk in the park. Once we negotiated our terms, everything went smoothly with no headaches or let downs. I would definitely use them again but won't have to because of their 20 year warranty! They are consummate professionals.

  I would start by saying this was the best experience I have had in the 7 years living at NMB. They did everything the said they would and were very professional with my neighbors and my property. I have delt with alot of contractors in the past and it is refreshing to find one that delivered exactly what they promised. I would like to thank the sales personnel,the installers and marketing team for the dedication and labor. I would highly recommend Klaus Roofing in the future.
