  I had 6 quotes on my roof. All but Kinsall did a song and dance, complete with props and additional offers. David Kinsall showed up, said he was going to look at the roof and get out of my hair. In 15 minutes he bid me farewell and was gone. Although the time and conversation with David was brief, it was very personable and comfortable. I just had a feeling I wanted to do business with him. The quote was immediate and was right in the middle of all the quotes. I told Teresa I wanted them to do the roof and asked if she could adjust the quote to better fit my budget, as this was not an insurance claim and I was paying for it. She called back in an hour was was happy to work with me. David was very accommodating and easy to work with. The crew and materials were on time and everything went according to Hoyle (for those of you old enough to know). In two days they were done, the yard was cleaned and they were gone. I was totally impressed with the job they did. There were six area where they found wood rot. They took photos of the damaged area and cut plywood to fit to repair the damage. My neighbor watched as they repaired the damaged areas and commented, "these guys are good!". All in all, I couldn't be happier. David and Teresa were a tremendous blessing and working with them was a pleasure. To me, replacing a roof is a big deal. I would 100% recommend Kinsall and Son's to anyone who is skeptical about the process.

  Thank you for taking the time to let us know how we can improve as a company. Although we would love to have all five-star ratings because customer service and workmanship are a top priority for us, we appreciate you letting us know we fell short so that adjustments can be made. I would first like to take personal responsibility for your roof not being completed before moving on to the next building. I made an error on our order and rather than the crew waiting for the additional material, they moved on to the next building until it could be delivered. We also took this time to take our trailers to the dump, which is why the material was stacked in the grass area of the parking lot. This wouldn’t have occurred had I not made the initial mistake with the order, but since I did, we should have dropped off a new trailer rather than dumping and returning the same trailer so the trash would not have been placed there. I understand the crew wanting to get started before the high July temperatures were beating down on them but realize no one wants to be disturbed that early in the morning. The same goes for working late hours. It is never our goal, but we had one of our unexpected Florida afternoon showers. Unfortunately, when this occurs, we don't want to just leave and rely solely on the tarp we quickly placed on the roof, so when the rain stops, we try to take the time to look over the roof and do everything necessary to make sure the roof is in the dry. I apologize that this can cause issues for our customers and want to assure you that we do everything in our power not to get caught in those type situations. I don’t want it to seem like I am making a lot of excuses and realize there were several things that occurred. We really do appreciate your comments.   They deserve more than 5 stars! This family owned company is by far the best in the business. I stressed over my roof for quite a while…they were professional, prompt and pristine with the their work…I would highly recommend Kinsall and Sons Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

  Kinsall and sons are amazing. After many quotes we chose them because they were the best after checking out many reviews that were all five stars. Also, they were the best quote. They are very trustworthy, very efficient and their workmanship is second to none they picked up after their self every single day, and my neighbors made a point to tell me they had never seen that. I get compliments all the time on my home and before it was like my home was invisible, I’m so proud of my home now that my roof has been redone. It is absolutely beautiful. Teresa even went out of her way to make sure that my roof color was a complementary color to my home and it is absolutely beautiful thank you Kinsall and sons for all your hard work I greatly appreciate it , I would tell anybody and everybody that Kinsall and sons roofing is the best roofing company in all of Northeast Florida actually all of Florida thank you again.

  Kinsall & Sons did an amazing job on our roof. They were able to help with our insurance claim, explained every detail of the process clearly, and provided us with a high quality and beautiful finished product. They are a friendly, professional, experienced, and very skilled team. I would highly recommend Kinsall & Sons for your roofing needs.

  Very punctual, honest, worked steady with minimal breaks and done in two days. Also good at keeping nails picked up.
