  Got my done by kingdom Roofing in 2018.And it leaking in the same area by 2025.I was given a ten year contract which was not honored. I notified The Company and the individual. and he got very hostile and combative as if I done something wrong. Kingdom Roofing just blew me off. Please don't take a chance with them I'm a retired veteran from the military and post office. I deserve to be treated better than that. Ain't no right way to treat people wrong.

  Mr. Patterson, this is the owner Brandon Griffin, we did a great job on your roof a around 5 years ago, you called me cause you had a leak and I came over around 4-6 months ago to check out why it was leaking. You still owed me money from when we did the initial roof job and I asked you for it before I ckeckef on your leak. You still didn't pay me but I looked at it anyways, so when I was ckecking the area where the leak was, I noticed the shingles was curling up and it looked really bad, then I told you what was going on and it was a manufacturing problem and you should notify Owens Corning and they would take care of it. So not only did you not pay me for the job, you try to make me look bad with your bad review. You should be ashamed of yourself. Truth will set you free and I'm free of your nasty review...

  Had two guys come out to repair leak on the roof and still leaking and damage the ceiling. Haven't had a good experience with this company. Promised it would be fixed hasn't happened yet. Called another company, they found the problem and what wasn't fixed right .. kingdom roofing charge me 900.00 for work that was not completed correctly, the 2 guys were unprofessional they came in a car, threw the shingles on the ground, and in my trash can still, that roof leaked and ruined the ceiling in my house. So no I would not suggest this company to nobody.

  In the beginning of the estimate process the worker was very nice when quoting me a price for my back patio. Ended up not purchasing the home. Brought another property called The Company back they seem to not want to work with me for whatever reason. I'm a very honest person. Would like the same in return.Someone was supposed to call me back. When I try calling for service it's voicemail. So I went with another Company.

  Yes, we spent 3 to 4 days hitting a full add onto the back of your house. We never heard back from you. We tried to contact you multiple times to see if you still wanted to do it. We never heard nothing back and then you call us saying you had a new house she purchased and you wanted us to come over and give you another estimate or estimate times take two or three days on the project like thatthen we’ve already gave you a price for one and it would be around the same price for the new home and we explained that. We don’t know for the bad review!!!

  Reply to the reply: actually, I didn't. I had A1 Remodeling do the work and there was more than a roof done. -------------- Called to setup an appointment to get a quote a few weeks ago. Had a nice long conversation on the phone and setup the appointment. Appointment came and went and no one showed. I called to see what was going on but no one answered so I left a message. Still no contact weeks later.

  I had them come out to do some gutter work for me and they did a great job they went above and beyond what they were supposed to do and gave me a military discount and Shay was absolutely great I can't speak more highly of the man and what he did for me and my house I feel great about the work that he did and I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needed work done

  Needed a deck before July 4th! Shay from Kingdom Roofing and Home Improvements built a custom deck around our pool. Signed contract on the 1st and the finished by noon on the 4th. Right on time and on a great budget. 20’x10’ with custom stairs for under 10k!! Very professional and very easy to work with! Will be using them again. This is after they replaced our roof. We had a wind claim and Brandon made the experience easy. I signed a contract and he handled the rest. I only spoke with the insurance company once when we opened the claim together. Best in the business!!

  Wonderful company. They did our roof, gutters, and completed the inside of my home that been ruined by the roof leak. Communicated every step. Customer service was great. Shay and Brandon were great and very easy to work with. I definitely would refer them.
