  I had the roof replaced and after I had water leak in the bathroom they fixed, later the leak came back. Never got fixed and a worker went in for inspection and stepped on drywall and I got left with a repair of $800.00 bill and Josh never called me back about the repair. Very sad. I will never recommend the company to my worse enemy. 😞

  I wish I could give 0 stars. We waited 6 months for this company to install new gutters. When they finally were installed they put on the wrong size. Our contract specified 6 inch gutters and they put on 5. It took several weeks to reach them and they came out to fix their mistake. I thought we were finally done with this company, but now—just several months later—the gutters they installed have since FALLEN OFF THE HOUSE. It has been 2 weeks and they are unreachable after contacting them at every number I can find over and over again. No return of texts, voicemail, etc.

What you’re describing is not the level of communication or service we aim to provide, and I understand how disappointing this experience has been. To clarify a few things, we did run into unexpected scheduling delays during October due to weather setbacks and material supply chain issues. That is not an excuse for the lack of follow-up on our part, you should have received consistent updates, and without the benefit of investigating your file yet, it sounds clear we fell short. I will assume full responsibility for that lapse in communication. I would really appreciate the opportunity to correct this and get your project back on track.   Do Not Use Frisby Roofing! I would give them zero stars if I could. I was a repeat customer. I had a roof replaced on my first house several years ago. No issues so when I needed a roof on my new house I reached out to them in the summer of 2025. This second time has been a nightmare. They were good with helping to replace this roof under my insurance due to storm damage, however I do have some issues with how they wanted the deposit. We had agreed to 1/3 deposit. 1/3 when they actually got started and a 1/3 upon completion. They did not honor that and wanted me to pay more prior to starting . Unfortunately since they had 1/3 of my money I felt stuck and paid it. When time came for installation they gave me a date. I took off from work because I wanted to be present and they were a no call no show. Weather was perfect that day. When I finally heard back they said they had been delayed from other jobs. Which is fine but they didn’t communicate and caused me to waste a day of PTO. When they did finally show they were supposed to drop off materials the night before instead they dropped them off at 5:30 in the morning waking up all my neighbors as I have a difficult driveway and it took them a long time to get down my private drive. In the materials they provide to select roof color it says that you will get flashing similar to roof color. Come to find out they only have 3 colors. So I have a light grey roof with black. Had this been made clear I would have made a different choice.Also per my contract I was supposed to have almond trim. I have black and it looks awful, like someone used duct tape. I spoke with Kevin at Frisby and he agreed that it looked bad.I sent in pictures and I was told by Kevin that they would order the correct trim and install. Months later still has never been completed. I have left messages ( no one will answer the phone) and several emails with no response. Also they have never sent me a completion statement to provide to my insurance

  They claim to have a 4.7 rating with the BBB. This is not true. They are temporarily closed and no one is returning my calls or messages. The roof they installed less than a year ago is leaking and my attic/walls are getting ruined while they ignore me reaching out during the warranty period.

  Very poor experience. They were very quick to send me an estimate, and to charge me for half of the project cost. Once I was charged, I heard nothing from them. When I would call, they would send my calls to voicemail. Emails were sporadically answered with excuses and reasons for delay. Nearly two months later, I requested a refund because the project still had not begun, and they have ghosted me. Still no refund.

  We referred to Frisby Construction by my niece and called them to have my roof repaired and perhaps have my gutters replaced. Once they were available to repair our roof, the roofers we net were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions. Very friendly and professional. They were very deligent, paid attention to detail and punctual. They kept us apprised of what they accomplished, the issues they came across with our roof, and did what was necessary to have it repaired properly. They were very hardworking and steadfast in being determined to get the job completed in a timely manner without cutting any corners. We so appreciated them and that they took pride in their work and made sure the roof was fixed right. The whole team is honest and upfront, accommodating and a total pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Frisby Construction for your housing and gutter needs.

  Thet took $15, 000 from my account on October 2nd and have not put my roof on. Do not do business with this company! I am calling a lawyer tomorrow to try to get my money back. They do not call you back. Fraudsters.

  Our experience w Frisby has been nothing but greatness since the initial time of signing. Even when the wind storm tore off the gutter the claim process was smooth and satisfying. I do look forward to the next adventure w Frisby we need windows.
