  Miami Valley Roofing was the third company to give my parents an estimate and their adjuster had already been on the roof. The second company had come out the day before Miami Valley Roofing came and found about $1500 worth of damage. This matched within a few hundred of the first company. We also had pictures of the damage. When Miami Valley Roofing came we were astonished to hear that we needed a new roof. The Miami valley employee then showed us pictures of our roof we're about 40 tiles had been peeled back from "wind damage". Obviously the tiles were not peeled back like that the day before Miami valley was on the roof. They literally destroyed our roof in order to quote us a new roof. Unfortunately it seems like the whole industry is a scam but there are some companies that are better than others. We told our insurance adjuster about it and they dealt with it. I am editing this review after they responded. They could not find it because it occured at my parents house. It 100% absolutely happened because my parents home owners insurance lost prevention people came out compare the records and pictures. I am not going to name the because Miami valley ended up being the contractor who did put the roof on because my mom did not know better. The roof is leaked in three places and Miami valley has come out and dealt with the warranty work. Now I will say they've dealt with the warranty work just fine and did everything that they were supposed to and restored our living room ceiling to its original condition. But mind you this happened months after Miami valley had installed their new roof.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I contacted Miami Valley Roofing for a small soffet repair on July 17, 2025. Will came out to provide an estimate on July 22, 2025. While he was at my home, I asked that he also look at my roof. He provided the quote on July 28, 2025 for the soffet repair and roof repair. I contacted him and spoke with him, and signed the agreement. Will shared that he would need to come back to my home to get a shingle so he could match the roof. He came by the first week of August, picked up a shingle and stated he would send me a picture of the matching shingle, I would need to make a deposit of 50% once I agreed to the shingle and I would be placed on the schedule the following week. On August 27, 2025, I called to inquire about what was going on because I had not heard anything from anyone regarding the repairs. I was told that Will no longer worked there, they thought they had taken care of Will's outstanding accounts, and Travis would be contacting me. On August 28, 2025, I called them back, left Chelsea a voicemail regarding the account. As of September 2, 2025, I have still not been contacted. They will not be getting my business at this time or any time in the future. Find a different company for your roofing needs!

Unfortunately, in this situation, we fell short. The representative you worked with is no longer with our company, and it’s clear that some commitments were made that were not properly carried out. After reviewing your account, we discovered that while you did accept the estimate, a deposit was never collected, which unfortunately meant your project was never officially placed on our production schedule for our team. This was an oversight on our end during a transition between team members, and we take full responsibility for the lack of follow-up and communication as Will is no longer working with us. That’s not the standard we hold ourselves to. As soon as we became aware of your review and this matter, we reached out personally multiple time to try to connect with you and also left you emails, voicemail & SMS. We would be more than happy to complete the repairs for you free of charge as a way of making this right and honoring the trust you placed in us.   Frank came out to check a small leak. Was here for 10 min., found the problem, fixed it!! All of this in 30 min at most. He was very knowledgeable and had great customer support.

  I had and exceptional experience from the initial roof inspection to the final cleanup. Andrew and his team were very professional and communicative, taking the time to explain the condition of my roof and outline my options. The crew was punctual, efficient and left my property clean. More importantly, the home is no longer depending on failing exterior material to keep doing a job it had already stopped doing well.
