  Robert, thank you for bringing this to our attention. It is definitely not our intention to leave potential clients waiting for our service. We do express our apologies, as this is our busy season right now. Our typical process would be to try and reschedule you as soon as possible in a case like this where there was a rescheduling. Our team has met and discussed this matter, so that it does not happen again. Of course, this does not affect you as you already missed your meeting time with our technician. I'm not sure where you are in your process of gathering proposals for your project, but I would be happy to do whatever it takes to rectify this situation. Please consider removing this review or giving us the opportunity to come out again and do a good job for you on your project. Thank you for your consideration and again, we apologize for any inconvenience.

  I used Kanga Roofing to install a new roof 16 years ago and they did a faboulous job. So I called them again for an inspection ass I thought I had a leak. Luckily I didn't just need a repairs on piping. Their communication and follow up has been terrible. They don't show up when they are scheduled. I have called and spoken with them and they still don't follow up. When it is time to replace my roof I will NOT be using Kanga Roofing.

  One star for: completing the scope of work and fair price. Issues: 1- After weeks of delaying the job due to weather, showed up unannounced to my house. No text, no call, so I had to drive back from work to meet them. 2 - Left the largest mess of cigarette butts and nails all over my property but most importantly all over my driveway! clearly did not care if I ran over it with my truck. Did not treat my house with any level of respect. After I complained, they did send a person back with a magnetic roller (they found many other nails). Did not respond to my email regarding a refund for cleaning fees since I was the one that did most it. Will not recommend.

  Brad, we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our pricing. We do charge $59 as a diagnostics fee on all repairs. With this, we do a thorough inspection and determine where your leak is coming in. Most of the time, that is not already pre-determined and is something that our Technician must investigate to determine what the cause and best solution for the leak may be. As for the price of the quoted project compared to other companies, it’s hard for us to comment on that because of the many differences in companies and quality of companies across the try-state. We have been serving the Tri-state for almost 3 decades now and we know all of our pricing is competitive for what we offer in service and value of the work that we do. Ultimately, we are here to make you happy and if you already knew what needed to be done, then I am happy to deduct the $59 from your proposal for the project.   Elizabeth, as we discussed with you a few months ago, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience that this caused you. I appreciate you mentioning that we did issue you a full refund for the project. I understand that the mortar color was not a perfect match to the existing color on your chimney for the tuck pointing, but as for our crews being untrained, unqualified & unsafe? I don’t believe we ever discussed this, and I can’t say that I agree with these claims. Also, in regard to the mortar crown, our records & completion photos don’t indicate that there were any issues with this work that was performed. If fact, we discussed the idea of not refunding this part of the project because there were no issues with the crown, but decided anyways to issue the full refund of the project. We would have thought that giving you a full refund for the project (including the parts that did not have any issues) would have been enough to rectify the inconvenience. It is our main obligation to satisfy every client we have; it pains us to know that you are still not satisfied with the solution that we came to a few months ago. If there is anything we can do to make this better, please let us know. We are here to help. Since we did make great effort to rectify the situation by issuing a full refund for the project, we would appreciate if you would consider changing your 1-star review to a 3-star review.   Ben would not answer calls from me or the insurance company. He cost me around $400. The company did not contact me to schedule the work, they just showed up. the work was done correctly, but if you have an insurance claim, I'd go somewhere else.

  Do not use Kanga Roof. Their workers stole items from my house and their work was shoddy. Now that the roof is leaking, they refuse to honor the warranty. No, I don’t consider this issue resolved. The entire roof has to be redone because the first time it was done, it was done so poorly, there are leaks everywhere. The staff was extremely rude, accused me of lying, and made the entire experience a nightmare. DO NOT USE KANGA ROOF. I highly recommend Winchester Roofing, excellent customer service, a quality job well done, they were friendly, fast, and far less expensive than Kanga Roof.

  A big shout out to Danny, Paco and crew who handled replacing our 3 story condo building roof in the Monte Vista subdivision. They did a wonderful job. Any issues were resolved promptly. These guys deserve a pay bonus.

  Brandstetters has done repair work on my sister's roof, replaced my mom's roof and mine as well over the years. They did quality work at a very good price. The whole process was easy, as they kept us informed of the timeline and schedules. Every detail was handled quickly and to our sastisfaction. A great company to work with.

  Had a great experience working with Brandstetter's Kangaroof and will definitely be using again! Starting with the sales rep Luke who was very informative and never felt too pushy when showing me additional issues with my roof. I should also mention he was able to get me on the schedule within a week of reaching out because of water damage my home was receiving. I also really appreciated the aftercare I received and what really prompted me to leave a review! I was contacted through email to see how I felt about the job and when I voiced some concerns Shawn and Charles came out the next day to see if they could help. It was a very simple fix that I was overlooking and a waste of their time honestly but they were very friendly while explaining what was going on and even resolving it for me. 10/10!
