James cussed me out after I caught him stealing tools out of my garage!! He said every company ,"borrows tools"then he told me that my check was not good when it cleared and they cashed it and collected the money,,!!my money!; Prosecutor office said he's never been in trouble but I doubt that. Don't use precision roofing! False advertising and theft and lie after lie

This is once again a fraudulent review. This is our old Seo guy Tim was a crook we caught him stealing money. He actually has a google business profile for roofing and was caught by 3 other roofing company stealing leads and work. All the companies are working with the butler county prosecutor's office. Please be aware that noting in this review is factual or is this person.

We hired Precision Roofing to do our mansard-style roof after he did three roofs for my father’s properties. We definitely had trust in his work. Unfortunately, now we have spoken to and are in the process of hiring another roofing company to repair the flashing around five of our windows that Precision absolutely butchered on our roof. The many people we have had look at our flashing are appalled at the job Precision did to the flashing around our windows. This will cost us an additional thousands of dollars to repair. My husband attempted to call Metcalf and his new assistant multiple times to resolve this issue with no resolve. Metcalf even came by to look at the flashing and realized how bad it looked, but never followed through with repairing it or offering any type of settlement. We basically were ghosted by the company once they realized they messed up our roof and have yet to hear back from them. I would not recommend Precision roofing to anyone after our terrible experience and would caution anyone before using them.

this customer didn't pay us to flash their windows. The one thing i agree with in this review is that if we would of flashed them it would have been thousands of more dollars. we reused the flashings that were there. as this was only a half roof replacement the garage was newer and the client told us they wanted to cut as much cost as possible, so they didn't pay for flashings outside of the chimney. So precision roofing didnt do the flashings this customer speaks of. we offerend to add a different color flashing free of charge to hide the concerns however this wasn't paid for by the customer or charged. We have the scope of work and can prove we didn't do these flashing or charged for them . this is 100 percent libel and id recommend it be taking down. Nathan or James can prove many attempts at scheduling the free repair to fix the previous roofers work. as this house has been in your family for years id recommend blaming the previous worker for their work. not precision for someone else's work.

Precision roofing was awesome to work with. James and his associate got my roofing repair job done quickly, and was so great at taking their time to go over everything I needed, and how they were going to go about repairing it. Loved how they didn’t try to sell me a service that I didn’t need. Highly recommend them!

I found them by word of mouth my sister call many roofers and James was the one who just did what was need . he did not try to just replace the whole roof. James and his crew are the real deal they make sure that what they do is done right and I will not hesitake to call them again and if any family or friends ask me about a roofing company this is who I will tell them to call END OF STORY
