Time waster... led me on for weeks telling me he was away but would check my roof when he was back... then told me he had no ladder.... what sort of roofer has no ladder... I wouldn't mind, he constantly faxes my work place advertising his work... why even bother?

They fax random numbers, including hospitals and crisis services. Completely unprofessional.

This business keeps sending spam faxes to my business. I called and asked to be removed from his fax list. Sadly the man who answered lacks customer service skills. I understand that businesses need the work, so does mine, but I hope their work demonstrates a higher standard of excellence than their attitude on the phone!
