  You know a company is not doing well and desperate for work, when they have to send you pictures of your own house and beg you to let them give you a quote.

  The picture of your house from Google street maps. We did not take the picture. When the team is in a neighborhood it is most cost effective to our customers if we can stay in the area so we use a mailing system that sends out our company information to homes that may need work. Many companies do this of course. We get them at our house as well. Some companies are legit and some less so. However, we would never attempt to hurt a business if that company never did any work for us. Even if they did and we were not happy, we would do what we could to work with the company first. I am the office manager and wife of the owner. You will never find a more honest, talented, fair and customer-focused contractor than my husband. If you wish to be removed from ours or any other mailing list you need only contact that company. I take this unwarranted review personally as you can see as I know how hard my husband works. It is so simple for you to denigrate and attempt to hurt a business all because you received a mailer, and that is not right. This is nasty and unjustified. We still wish you well.

  Got job done on time and a little below budget. Roof looks amazing. Didn't charge me to put gutter guards back in. Cleaned up yard better than when they started. Excellent all around job

  Brian has been great to work with. We started working with him when we had some mold issue and his team could help fix the exterior of the house. We already needed a roof so we utilized him for that next. Months later I realized there was some nails left on the roof and gave him a call. He said no issue he would have someone over to clean them off. His care for his workmanship goes even further than that as when we had some gutters added they called out some boots that needed replaced. I called him up and even though it had been a couple years he fixed the issues. He has painted our house helped added a back patio and is our go to builder.

  Bryan and his team were very responsive. They spent a lot of time answering our questions and providing options. We were having a mystery leak around a window and after some exploration determined our roof was compromised. I felt great about their attention to detail, follow-up and invoicing process.

  Kenai Constructions was responsible for rebuilding my house after a pipe in the attic burst. Main floor ceiling, Main Floor walls, Basement ceiling, Basement walls. Insulation, Drywall, mud, the works. Great job, reasonable pricing and on-time completion. Plus, Kenai brought snacks.
