  We had Kenzie roofing do our roof 4/5 yrs ago after storm and they did not even make it code! As we are now getting new roof from storm damage with a different company only to find it was not done per code. People check your roof when having work done by Kenzie. They did not put osb board. Kenzie do your work correctly.

  Very shady company. Had them come do an estimate for an elderly friend and pricing was ridiculous. Hired another roofing company for a very reasonable price (almost half off of what Ken-Z quoted me!) and come to find out that Ken-Z doesn’t even do their own work, they hire other companies to do their work and just bump up the price....The roofers that I eventually hired apparently have done work for Ken-Z and told me to beware, will not recommend to anyone. CSR speaks to you with their nose up as well.

  Extremely poor service. Stay away!! Don't even let them estimate. Practically thugging. Gave very high estimate for 3-4 hr don't work for even 1/2 hr. Worst of all their work doesn't solve the problem.

  Had an appointment. They never came. Never called. I called to see whats up company and the guy coming out no answer. Eventually after few tries just said to heck with them

  Hired to do tear-off & reroof salesman told us it would take 6 hrs it took a total of 16hrs.One of their crew left elbow off down spout washed out and flooded new landscaping.3 roof vents are nailed down 3 are not.crew left garbage in front …

  Answered all our questions. Good price. On installation day everyone was always working. Nobody had any phones out. Very clean worksite. Thorough. Followed up a few days later to ask if everything had been completed to our liking.

  Dan came out on time, and did a really great job on a roof repair. I appreciate the hussle too before we were supposed to get a bunch of rain storms.

  They did a beautiful job with minimal interruption to my work day at home. Price was reasonable for the work completed. Sales person was helpful and kind, made sure all my expectations were met.

  Highly Recommend. Highly skilled owner and workers, polite, excellent and timely, with responsive two-way communication, high degree of integrity/honesty. Top notch quality work as end product. I do not list this review lightly. I saught a plethora estimates from various contractors whom were found to be in error on their assessments or adding unecessary items for increasing their pocket books.

  Business done RIGHT!!! Tom showed up on time, was professional and honest! Did not try to upsell, just accessed our roofing situation and came up with an honest solution at a fair price! Very knowledgeable and straightforward, you can tell he knows his trade! McKenzie in the office is delightful, attentive and easy to communicate with. Just a great company to work with that has integrity in every aspect of their business! They earned my business and they did an awesome job in a timely manner! Highly recommend!

  Ken-Z solved a vexing problem with a flat roof some years ago. (One company had asked us earlier if we wanted to stay in the house.) Ken-Z’s problem-solving was the reason I hired them for a new roof for the entire house. They were professional, communicative and do their work quickly and well. A special shout out to Tom.
