Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 5 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Ken Nolen Construction. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning
Topics Google extracted from this business’s reviews, with how many mention each. These are words that appeared in reviews, which is not the same as a service the business sells.

Ken did a wonderful job handling my repairs from a bad hailstorm. He was very kind and polite and he got everything done in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone and will be contacting him for help again in the future!

Ken Nolen worked directly with our insurance adjuster to replace our roof after a storm in May. They were on time, held to their projected timeline and did great work! The owner of the company was east to reach and stayed in contact via phone, email and text! Would hire them again!!!

We were in a time crunch and Ken got right to our roof and communicated with us all the way through. Very happy with our roof and with Ken.

Exceptional work, done quickly, competently, and considerately. Worked with and within my insurance company's estimates. Re-roofed my house, and it was my best ever experience with a contractor.
What Ken Nolen Construction says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Ken Nolen Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
