Ken has done work on our roof and garage in the past and he did a fantastic job, so when we had ice damage last year, we called to see if he would be able to help once again only this time it would be an insurance claim. He had a small …

Stay away from this guy, he is NOT honest! He won't take a deposit to make you think you can trust him but he does it so he doesn't have to show up if he doesn't feel like it. Not taking payment upfront doesn't mean honesty and professionalism. To buy materials at Mendards the day before the job is easy. If you need a quality roofing services, honest company that you can rely on, this is not the company to hire. How is this guy still in business is beyond me. Save yourself time, money and energy on this guy, there are many other options in Grand Rapids area.

We had Ken inspect our roof and he said it needed repairs and that replacement could wait if repairs were done. He gave a rough price but a timeframe. Time after time he delayed, did not return calls and it got worse. …

A worker pulling a trailer for this business just blew through a red light and almost smashed my girlfriend and myself when we had a green light. Had to slam on the brakes, very unprofessional representation of this company and I would never use them based on their irresponsible employees. Wow, talk to your employees.

Ken & Francine Manscheskey, along with their crew including John, Jacob and Rick Rademaker, Ben, Colt 1, Chuck, Dave and Colt 2 provided us with an excellent reroof project at a competitive price. They; cleaned up every day, were always courteous and had the right equipment to safely and professionally achieve our large and complex roofing project. The quoted price was the invoiced price. 5/5

We hired Ken and his crew on a recommendation from the store we bought the shingles from. They said he was the best. Wow, they weren’t kidding! Ken and his crew are the most knowledgeable, courteous and hardworking team you will ever hire. …

Ken and his crew did a great job replacing a section of our roof that has had ice dams in the past. Ken figured out pretty quickly the cause and fixed the poor quality work by previous contractors. It looks great and no more ice! They were profession and cleaned everything up. Highly recommend using them.

I’ve had 2 houses done by this company. Ken is a very honest and down to earth guy to deal with. He pointed out additional areas that needed attention and explained how they would fix those areas. If I ever move and need another roof, this will be my first call!

He did a great job on our roof this summer. His price, service, clean up, warranty for 50 years, follow up exceeded our expectation. I recommend him to everyone. Ken followed up right after the job on site with an inspection and again 2 …
