The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Kelsey Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Where do I begin, Tim Kelsey was the most professional and highest quality roofer I have ever come to meet. Talk about integrity, this guy gives the best possible service and always with a smile. I would recommend this man to anyone and will definitely be using his professional services again. Thank you Tim

Great price and quality work! Tim did a great job on our roof this summer. Initially we had reached out to 5 or so companies in the Ottawa region and he stood out right away. He included a detailed quote and breakdown of materials, labour and associated costs. This was extremely informative and contributed to our decision to move forward with Tim. We have had multiple neighbours approach us saying how impressed they are with the new roof and how dedicated Tim was during those warm summer days. He worked efficiently, not only re-shingling the entire roof but also replacing all 4 skylights on our home as well. Tim did a great clean-up around the yard and was super understanding of our giant breed dogs during the process. If you are on the fence and putting in some research about who to move forward with to complete your next roofing project - we would highly recommend Tim!

I was looking to have some repairs completed and Kelsey's was quick to respond, efficient and reasonably priced. They also provided a good quote for when I ultimately need a replacement roof. Much appreciated!

As for recommendations: If I were to buy a different house that needed a new roof, I wouldn't shop around, I'd have Kelsey Roofing do the job. I can't think of a higher recommendation than that. I don't want the cheapest roofer. I want and …

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Kelsey Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
