Markelangelo's

The only one or two-star review we hold for Markelangelo's.

The sales rep was the reason for going with Markelangelo’s. Danny was extremely respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. Seemed to care about the client's needs, actually listened to my concerns. That was the highlight and then went down hill from there. Signed the contract the next day and then never heard a word from them for almost 2 months. I emailed, called, text but was totally ignored. Their crew shows up one Friday morning ready to work. What the? Not sure who was more shocked, the dude at my door or me! I needed the insulation done so thought what the heck, let them at it but it was not a great experience. I'm trusting the attic was done probably, no one wanted to share their efforts with me, despite asking. One guy was so lost, had to keep asking for instructions. Seems like I paid for a handful of 'workers' to gab in my driveway for many hours. They packed up and left without saying a word...without finishing the work and then had the nerve to bill me moments later. Week after they partially finished the job and then emailed that my bill was a week overdue!! Still waiting to see the proof of the work completed as well as sealing the gutters as promised. Oh so Danny quit the day after I signed the contract, wonder why? Well, heard some nasty rumours from that crew!! Think twice before using this company. Also the owner boosts that he marks up jobs by 40%!!

Markelangelo replaced our roof a few years back and did a wonderful job for a reasonable price. Great quality and the workers were nice and really focused on their work. They cleaned up after themselves and we were very happy with everything. Fast forward to this year, we thought we had a leak but actually turned out to be a squirrel who had opened up the soffit. The team returned, helped us figure out the problem and installed some boxes to stop it from happening again. Again, the workers were very focused, and did a great job despite having to pivot with not having a driveway (the asphalt had been ripped up and the interlock guys were working in the front also). But they made it work and we appreciated their flexibility. Happy to recommend this team!

Markelangelo Roofing are awesome. Their staff are very courteous and and ensured that our dog was safe when he had to go out. They cleaned up any mess left behind from the roof (shingles, nails, etc...). They also gave me a daily update on what to expect next. Great service and great people. Excellent!! And highly recommended

Not all roof repairs are the same—what you don’t ask can cost you twice. Repairs done in a hurry, without a real inspection, leave unresolved issues hiding under the surface. The best results come from local expertise, matched materials, and a clear breakdown of scope. Asking the right questions before booking separates a fix that lasts from one that only covers up the damage.
