  Jared, This was my bad and I apologize for this oversight. I was the one that came out for the estimate and just saw this review and realized it fell between the cracks. It was a busy time for us, but that's no excuse. We aim to be more prompt and professional and I'm sorry we didn't execute on this for you.   I called on a Friday and left information to set up a visit for an estimate. From looking at the website, it was not evident that they served a particular area. I called again on the following Tuesday and spoke to a person. Once she found out where I lived, she told me that they don't service that area...nothing in their ads make this bit of information obvious. And, she added that they were booked through the end of the year. Made me wonder if they had openings if I had an address in their service area. I called because of a friend's recommendation. I wasted my time twice by calling a business who doesn't tell you their service area. So, no, no stars or recommendations. I have to pick a star to post this. They don't deserve it, but ya get 1. You're welcome.

  The site is very misleading. They only do work in a very small area of the east side and are not willing to work in the rest of Hamilton county like the site says.

  Our 4th roof in 60 years all with Kelley. On time, polite, always in communication, the last roof was installed despite rain delays and even some mild sprinkles of day #1. The overall repair was complex and we are extremely pleased with Kelley always!

  We just had our roof replaced by Kelly Roofing and we couldn't be happier! They removed the old shingles and an old furnace chimney, replaced plywood base where needed, installed new shingles, and cleaned up every bit of discarded materials in one day! Everyone on the Kelly team worked hard, and maintained a pleasant and professional attitude throughout a long day. I highly recommend them!

  Got my roof done by them earlier this year, waited to review. I had a ton of leaks in my roof prior to Kelly Roofing replacing my roof and I haven’t had one single leak since. They did such a good job! They were so respectful of my property, I have a ton of flowers and other plants and they put buckets over some and made sure they were safe from anything coming off the roof. I couldn’t be happier with the results and their professionalism.

  The Kelly roofing team was professional and did a great job including cleaning up all the mess. They followed up to finish all the details after completing the entire roof installation. I’d recommend them anytime.

  I was sorry I could only give them five stars. They deserve 100. I can not say enough about the roofing job. They were efficient and cleaned up completely.My roof was very old and required some extras. They were there for it. I have never experienced such dedication a workmanship.
