He owes me around 6k. Be carefully with this guy. He doesn't pay his workers. He wants everything for him self.

It would appear that this is a bogus review - otherwise you would have come into our office and talked with me personally regarding lack of payment. First of all, we pay all Employees and Suppliers on time and in full for services and work rendered. We have been in business for more than 30 years and have not withheld payment to anyone. Second of all, we don't have anyone on payroll named "Minecraft fan" so investigating such a claim is virtually impossible. Good luck on your next job... Keith Stern, Pres.

  No show for estimate

  Reply from the business

Brandon - Our roof estimates are generally done within 2 weeks (weather permitting). It has been one week since I personally spoke with you. We were not been in the Middleburg - Oakleaf area last week. If we had been, we would have measured your roof. We generally do several estimates in a specific area. We are happy to do the estimate for you, but if you need it done sooner we understand.

I’ve used Keith Stern for new roofs twice now in the last two years. Their quality and work ethic is excellent. The pricing is very reasonable. This is a company that I’ve recommended over and over to others because I know how good they are. No surprises. Honest. Trustworthy. Quality.

Not sure you’ll find a more detailed and honest crew in the great state of FL. Keith is keen to the details and ensure his crews put in the extra effort and care. Could not be more happy with the quality of work from Keith Stern Roofing.

Amazing customer service, great price, and quality work. Got my roof redone with them early last year, and they quoted me thousands under what others were. They also offered to reseal our covered patio and added a connection to the roof so it would stop leaking for free. They had a quick turnaround and cared more about our roof than we did. The roof looks great, and I'm super happy with our experience.

We just got our new roof installed last week. Kieth was extremely professional, reasonably priced and highly recommended throughout my town. He has been in the roofing business for a very long time and knows what he is doing and it shows! Our roof was installed within a day. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

Needed emergency repair due to tree limb through roof and heavy rain expected that afternoon. Keith and crew arrived within 2 hours. They removed limb, cut it up, and hauled it to curb. Then they put a water tight temporary patch on hole. They saved me $$$$hundreds in water damage. I highly recommend.

Stern Roofing installed the roof on my house shortly before I bought it. I noticed some issues a few days ago and thought I had a roof leak. Keith came out the day after I called to assess the roof. Long story short there is no leak but another issue I need to address. He explained everything to me and let me know what I need to do to fix the problem. My roof has held up very well with all the storms and rain we get. Stern Roofing is reliable, responsive, professional and kind. Give them a call and see for yourself.
