Karaco Roofing did an excellent job completing my roof replacement in just one day. Their communication was clear and professional throughout the entire process, and all materials arrived on time as scheduled. The pricing was competitive, with a good selection of roofing options from Timberline HDZ.

Kevin has fabulous customer service!! He has helped us monitor the condition of our roof since we bought our home, provided immediate assistance when we had shingles blow off and a storm was due to roll in with more rain, and when we had to file a claim helped us understand the report. He answers questions with patience and expertise. He is always the one we recommend when someone mentions they need a roofing company!!

We had a roof leak and contacted Kevin. He was out promptly to inspect and repair. Most importantly, he discovered that it was only a minor issue. I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity. He could have charged us $$, but instead did the right thing and quickly completed the repair at minimal cost!
