  I loved the job they did, except that one part wasn’t done and the contracted-out paint job was sloppy in one area. Despite promising to finish the job for four or five months in voicemails, and emails from me to Jeff Bohannon reminding them for over six months, no effort was ever made to finish the job and my emails were ignored. It wasn’t cheap, but they did a good job except for not finishing.

  My inspector, Jorge, called me the morning of my inspection, which was planned for 2 pm, and stated that he was available at 10ish am. I didn’t answer as I was in a meeting at work. I tried to call him back but was immediately sent to voicemail. Then Jorge no showed and I have had no communication from the company since then. Thanks for nothing, just the usual Oklahoma attitude.

  Salazar did my brothers roof before he passed and ever since my sister n law has had leaks and they refused to fix the issues,they told her they can't do anything else.. 3 yrs later and it still leaks! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

  I would be very leery of who the send to your home do estimates. I knew it was to good to be true. Didnt give me the a complete estimate. Estimate should have included the cost to bring the roof up to code. Sorry I'll pass!!!

  I would not recommend Salazar. I called them to look at my roof and their rep Ed came out. He was nice but he would never call me back until I reached out to him several times. One he would call/ text me back then he would say he was going to check on something and get back with me. After 2 weeks of trying to get a response he finally texted back and said there was nothing they could do to help with my roof and recommended I go somewhere else. Did still leaking and no help in site!

  My experience was terrible with Salazar Roofing. I hired them to replace 2 small rows of damaged shingles and 1 ridge cap. They called 30 minutes before they wanted to come out and I declined a couple of times. Having more than 30 minutes heads up would have been nice. They continued to call with short notice so I finally gave in and said just go ahead and replace the shingles. Unfortunately, I came home to shingles that did not even remotely match and shingles had been replaced that did not need to be replaced as well as ridge caps. I immediately called them and my contact blamed it on the roofer and the roofer blamed it on the contact saying the notes for the job weren’t clear. Maybe you should have just called and asked me before replacing random shingles? The ridge caps they replaced weren’t replaced with similar ones. I have a high profile ridge cap and they just stuck regular ridge caps on and the ONE ridge cap that was supposed to be replaced wasn’t even addressed. I made them come out and give me other shingle options to match the color closer as I had a roof that looked like a Dalmatian and they had thrown away the original shingles and couldn’t fix it. So, now I have shingles that match closer to the color but it is still apparent that they are different. They did not offer to lower the price or do anything to make it right. I asked to speak to someone about it. I called their office and I was told the owner would call me back. I never received a return call from anyone at Salazar Roofing. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT use Salazar Roofing. Poor customer service and poor communication.

  I have called to schedule an estimate to be done. I spoke with a girl and she said someone would contact me the following day. Four days later nothing. So i called again and spoke with the same girl. She told me the sales guy name and said he would contact me that day. No one has contacted me. I will be taking my 5,000 sqft roof to another company along with the stucco for the home and two small mother in law homes we have on our property! Poor response !!

  Brian Calhoun is top notch to work with from the very beginning to the end he took care of every detail . Excellent service ! Everyone at Salazar is so incredibly nice and they work so efficiently.   As a lifetime resident of Oklahoma I understand that roof replacement is just part of the game. We have now used Salazar Roofing three times to replace the roof on our homes. Amazingly, every time gets better and better. Their customer service, communication, expertise and workmanship is exceptional. Their crew is incredibly hard-working and very gracious.   Brain Calhoun is the man to go to at Salazar Roofing and construction! Salazar Roofing has taken care of roof replacements, gutters, garage and other repairs on multiple properties for me and they always do great work, clean up better then they find it and in a timely manner. Brian Calhoun is the salesman I always call. He takes care of everything!

  After that big May 8th hail storm that hit the Yukon area, we definitely needed a new roof and I selected Salazar Roofing to do the job. I dealt exclusively with Sales Consultant, Terry Chancey, and he was outstanding!! Even before (and after) the contract was signed, he was always available immediately (phone or text) for any followup questions. He met with the insurance adjuster when he came and was on the roof with him going over all the damaged areas making certain nothing was missed. When the job was completed, he also made sure the insurance company received all the final cost information/documentation to make certain I received the proper claims payouts. You won't go wrong if you deal with Terry Chancey!!

  Terry was awesome! Very patient with our insurance company, explained the details, assisted with the entire process. The crew was very thorough. Fixed the hack job the past two companies had done (never took off the layers of felt and just put more over; Salazar’s crew fixed that issue and made it better). They inspected every inch of the yard and driveway after to ensure no remaining nails or trash. Couldn’t ask for a better crew, rep in Terry or quality of work. Will for sure plan to use them again in the future!
