Edited to add update When John and his son came out, he went into detail with the products they would use and even said he could get me an itemized bid for the job. There was never any discussion about only working on bigger jobs and I was told that they would get back with me and they failed to do so. This wasn't going to be a $200 job, there was going to be gutter work and soffit work using higher quality materials. Saying that you don't work on small projects and that you explained that to me is untrue because I was told I would get an itemized bid. I give honest reviews based off of my experience so that others can make their own judgement. You can look up those reviews all you want but they are 100 percent honest. Several months ago I called Z Construction to come out and look at some bad soffits. The owner and his son came out and looked at them and couple of other things that needed to be fixed. They said they would get me a bid and get back with me. I never heard back. I would not recommend this company. I ended up having someone else do the repairs. After the same issue with multiple roofing company's I have come to find out they don't want to take care of the smaller jobs, so I wouldn't recommend using them for the big ones either.

Casey we are not a handi-man service Casey. Doing small projects doesn't fit into our scope of projects because of insurance and overhead. I explained that. Emergency type situations are different if it falls into the scope of projects we handle and time allows. And it appears you are the 1star review king. Have a nice day.

When i contacted them about the issue they responded same day to fix it at no extra cost. Very professional

Thanks for the great review. That recent storm definitely packed some serious wind in Calumet. We stand behind our work even when the Oklahoma wind can sometimes challenge us.

Thank you for the 5-star review! We're happy to have helped with the roof replacement near Gracemont, OK. The project included code-compliant roof sheathing (decking upgrade), ice/water membrane, chimney flashing, valley metal, and other flashings. With added attic ventilation and Owens Corning Duration Class 4 shingles, this roof is built to last for years to come. Again a 5 star Thanks from the whole team here at Z Construction & Roofing.

"This company has helped my family several times in the past, and they always do a great job. They are reliable, professional, and do quality work every time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing team!"

We sure appreciate the review. There have been so many roof projects over the years i can't even remember them all. But i do remember roofing one of the houses out by Maple School in the winter and the shingle supplier dropped the shingles at the street maybe over a hundred yards from the house ..the truck got stuck in the snow ice and mud..That wss a challenge. Than all the different apartment building complexes in El Reno, Chickasha, Ardmore and Anadarko. And than there was the old lumber yard ...we rebuilt the lumber storage building...I remember there were over a mile of 2x4 purlins we installed on the trusses before the metal roof on that building...there have quite a few..I am so grateful to have been trusted with so many homes, apartments communities and businesses over the years with yiu and your family i can not say thanks enough.

John and the crew of Z Construction are the greatest! John worked with our insurance to make sure we got all we were owed and the crew worked quickly to get the roof replaced. John and his crew showed up on time, worked quickly, stayed within the budget and didn't leave a mess behind. We highly recommend Z Construction.

We are so grateful to recieve a such great and complete review. The best part...I just got off the phone with the desk adjuster and he has approved several additional items....and just maybe a a few more after I get him additional documentation. Insurance companies want to do the right thing I believe but they just need to be provided information correctly...same applies to installing your roof. Cheap quotes always end being more costly in the end....EVERYTIME. FROM JOHN Z

Z is just a great company to do business with. Everyone was professional, courteous, and competent. They did a great job on my roof, fixed some things I didn't even know were broken, and generally treated my house like their own. They weren't the cheapest bid I got, but I don't regret choosing them at all after seeing the work. There are levels of quality in the roofing game, and these guys are top notch.

These guys were on time and did not delay getting straight to the job and took care of business. They went above the norm even dealt with the insurance company on their own making sure my mom and her roof got taken care of. Professional and we will recommend them in the future.

Thanks so much for a great review. Installing the Owens Corning Oakridge shingles is definitely a nice upgrade from what previously existed. With our manufacturer install the wind rating is 130.mph and should do tremendously better at holding up to the wind up on the hill just outside of Kingfisher, OK. Again we sure appreciate taking the time to do this review for us. Thanks again. From John Z

John and his team did a great job on both the roof of our house and barn. In addition they also replaced siding, window screens and guttering on our house. He was always available to answer any questions we had and help with any insurance requirements concerning the project.
