  I DO NOT recommend Robbins Roofing due to the following experience. Primarily, excessively over-charged: for roofing and guttering product. Robbins charged $19,157.25 for 47.33 sq of Malarkey Vista Class IV shingles. The product was furnished by ABC Supply Co of Edmond. According to ABC, the exact same product may be purchased (non-contractor pricing, $138/sq) for $7621.35 (plus tax and $65 for delivery). Robbins price $404.80/sq. The gutter sub-contractor stated, 180.0 linear feet delivered; Robbins stated 328.0 linear feet. An additional charge by Robbins for overhead and profit of $6547.82. My total bill from Robbins was $41,654.98 for roof removal, replacement, and guttering which should have cost less than $28000. My error, I should have demanded Robbins provide their estimate UPFRONT without need of reviewing my insurance claim information. A reputable contractor will provide you with a quote upfront. It took 3 attempts to receive a minimally adequate invoice outlining the service and product they provided. My very expensive lesson learned. My review did not address the lack of detailed (factual) information in your invoice, despite 3 requests from me. Interesting you chose to outline more complete information in your response than on your invoice. I requested an estimate from John in August prior to starting the job. This was never provided. I learned an estimate should have been obtained prior to signing a contract. I utilized factual information to estimate your charges for shingles to indicate a comparison of the (excessive) charge for shingles. In the total cost of the roof project, the largest outlay is shingles. You are correct there are many other costs involved in a roofing project. Using the guideline of shingle costs, it appears you excessively overcharged on the roofing project. Reminder,

  Called Robbins asking for a second opinion roof inspection, as I am selling my home and the buyer's roof was recommending replacement. Robbins was able to send someone out the next business day (Monday after a Friday call), so that's good. Rep arrived about 20 min after the arrival time that they gave, but that wasn't a huge deal. The Robbins rep also recommended replacement, so I asked for a quote on the work. Rep said he could have that for me the next day. The next day (Tuesday) came and went, and no quote. I couldn't get anyone from Robbins on the phone the next day (rep or home office). On Thursday, my fiance got the main office on the phone, and they said they would get the quote. I finally got the quote this morning (Friday morning), and it is almost 3x higher than the other quote I have gotten so far. If Robbins didn't want my business, they could have said so Monday and saved us both a bunch of time.

  I did not do business with Robbins, but my neighbor did. They threw a bunch of shingles, trash, and roofing material in my back yard which I had to clean up. I doubt it was on purpose, but this is my beef: the workers could have seen the trash from the roof. They could have come over, knocked, and requested access in order to clean up their mess. But they didn't.

  A crew from this company did a complete roof wasreplacement on my mother's house in Newalla. There were multiple leaks after completion, one was so severe above a window it will require the window jam and surrounding wall from top to bottom. Another was so bad it will require a section of ceiling, and insulation to be replaced. And another so severe water found its way in at the top of a wall just under the eve and will require the drywall, wall studs, ceiling drywall, ceiling joist, and crown molding on the interior and siding, insulation, ect., On the exterior. We asked they did it and the came out and drove a few more nails in and that's it. They also left a tremendous amount of nails behind. This company is as rotten as the water damage areas in that house.

  We highly recommend Robbins Roofing. They are honest and straight forward. They just completed installing a new roof on our business that had hail and wind damage from spring storms. They came out the same day we contacted them to inspect and make emergency repairs. Larry, Jennifer, and Colby worked with our insurance company to get everything squared away. They started early and worked until dark to get it finished and just in time for more storms that came through that night! The new roof looks great and is much appreciated!

  My experience with Robbins Roofing way great! I was in a unique spot of knowing it was time to replace my roof, but not needing it done immediately. It gave me time to talk to a lot of different roofers. It felt like everyone was just trying to sell me. Trying to close the deal. Robbins stood out because it felt like they truly cared about me and what my family needed. The owner of the company was the one who came out for the initial inspection. Not just a sales guy. We talked through all the details. We were just about to repaint the house as well, and they were great at scheduling everything around that. Having the gutters removed before we painted so we could get everything up under them without having to mask it all off. Having the carpenter out to do some repairs to the trim around the roof, and getting their roofing crew in as soon as the painting was done. Also giving a little time to get paint touchups along the drip edge done before the gutters went on. I was able to dictate the timeline I needed, but Robbins scheduled everything so I was only dealing with 1 person. Not multiple companies. The installation was smooth and fast. Even replacing the decking they were in and out in one day. There was also a Robbins on-site the whole day. All the roofers I talked to say they use contractors for the actual work, but most of them just send their crew out, maybe checking in a time or 2. Larry Robbins, and/or one of his sons, was on site the whole time to oversee the crew. They had great attention to detail. And the end result was a beautiful roof and gutters. If you need a new roof, Robbins is who you need, and even if you don’t, bookmark their website and save their number because it’s Oklahoma, you will need them sooner or later. I will say, they were not the cheapest, but the ones that were just gave me a bad vibe. Robbins was the one I felt like I could trust.

  Wonderful and professional company. They coordinated everything that needed to get done including working with the people that did the guttering and the ones thst removed and replaced our solar panels. They also worked with our insurance company. They were efficient, kind and courteous. Worked hard to get it done ASAP and managed to do a fantastic job! Would highly recommend to anyone needing a new roof or repairs!

  Robbins roofing came out the same day I had an issue with my roof. Rain was expected the next day. They took care of my issue and it looks as good as new. They are a family christian business. You can get a fair honest bid, and layout of expectations for your roof repair. I don't hesitate to recommend Robbins Roofing.

  Larry, Jennifer, Caleb, and the entire team were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the process. I expected the installation to take several days, (we have a large roof and it was a complete replacement), but the team was able to get the roof completed in one day and the follow up coordination and visit for the gutter replacement was all handled by them and done incredibly quickly as well. They took extra time to protect the items and flowerbeds around the house before they started work and we were kept up to date with pictures of progress every step of the way. Well done!
