Business solicited illegally in my neighborhood. Business disregarded posted “no soliciting” signs. Business taped things to my door.

Called on friday during the wind storm, they came out on Sunday. Waited 5 days and no responce. Finally got a a call from the office friday saying it would be a few more days to get an estimate. Don't waste your time. Your time doesn't appear to be important to 777 Roofing.

Noticed them in the neighborhood looking at roofs. Had him look at mine to see if there was any damage. After the inspection, the adjuster told me there’s damage and to go ahead and start a claim. I said I would like an estimate first to be sure I know what the cost will be compared to what the insurance will give me. Their office called me and said they usually work hand in hand with my insurance to get the easiest experience for me. My deal with that is what if the insurance was gonna give me $15,000 to put a roof on and the roofer was going to charge $10,000. Who gets the difference??? I’m all for a business making money but I will not allow a business to pad their pockets at my expense!!!

Absolutely 5 star, A++ experience. Worked with Josh, who was professional, communicative, and explained every step of the process in great detail. Everything from scheduling to the actual install was perfect. Use this company if you need a new roof.

Got referred to 777 from a friend after storms damaged the siding on our chimney. Although I had estimates from a few different companies, including one I had used in the past, Chris Parker's straight forward and honest assessment made the process smooth. Crew was quick and efficient, repair looks great, and the best part was they didn't leave a mess in my yard like the last contractor I used. Estimate wise, they were not the lowest estimate I got, definitely not the highest either, but they told me what was needed versus what I could wait on, and didn't try to upsell me outside the primary task. Would definitely use them for future projects, and have already referred them to family and friends.

100% recommends this company!!! Lee is punctual, honest, and does not try to sell you additional things that you do not need. He’s straight to the point and even saved us money on what we thought was a roof leak. Lee also gave us pointers on what to look for in our insurance coverage to avoid future mishaps. Call Lee or save his card now! You’ll need it.

Lee was great and he walked me through the entire process. He dealt with the insurance company and coordinated the workers and gutter company. Clean up was very good. The roof looks great!

The service was great. I understood the process easy by the contractors instructions and help along the way. The day came and all went as planned. I had to leave for the day and when I returned the house looked great and the yard was all cleaned up. Very good service and I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.
