Tom was awesome!! Came out and gave an estimate. They remove solar panels as well. Got a new roof a few weeks later. Would highly recommend them for any of your needs.

I own a property near Pinecliff, Colorado, which is about 30 minutes west of Arvada. I had several companies that I requested bids from many of them told me they don’t do work in that area. I did get a couple companies to come out. Their bids were quite outrageous. I must say, but then I got a hold of Tom at Kape Roofing. They came up, gave me a reasonable bid and could do the work in a reasonable timeframe I was very impressed with their professionalism And prompt attention to my roof. These guys are fantastic Tom went out of his way to make sure everything was being done properly made several trips back into town to get additional supplies as my roof was in a lot more shaped than what we imagined They did a wonderful job and I am very impressed with the work at this company does . They are now my only go to roofing company as I own many rental properties . Nice to have a company you can trust is going to do a great job at an honest price. Highly recommend this company if you need a roofing project give them a call. Tom is a great guy to work with. 👍👍

On July 4th my house suffered severe hail damage and Gage with Kape Roofing came by to inspect my house at no charge and at a time that worked with my schedule. At the time i didn't think much of the damage because i couldn't see it from standing on the ground, but Gage made sure to inspect the roof and take great pictures and explained all the damage. Once i realized that something needed to be done Gage offered to take care of everything from start to finish which made it easy for me since i've never filed a claim on a house before. Gage reached out to my insurance agent and from that point everything was very easy. I didn't have to do anything, all i did was sat back and watched professional crews arrive to take care of all the damages. After they were all done my house looked like a completely different house i could have not been happier with the outcome of everything. Thank you Kape Roofing!!!
