My family moved into our new home in May. There were some structural issues with the deck that needed to be fixed before they became much more expensive. I called, and they were out to give me a quote within 48 hours. Within a week, the work was fully completed at an incredibly reasonable rate, all while I was out of town (fielding communications and payments through my husband who was still at home) I strongly recommend this company. They were communicative, honest, fairly priced, and had quick work with great outcomes. Bonus points for complimenting my pergola install, lol. (It was during that installation that I decided to look into the concerns the home inspector had raised around some of these deck issues. After seeing them, I decided to go ahead and get them fixed right away. And they sure delivered it on that tight timeline!)

Working with John and his crew was a great experience from beginning to end. John took the time to listen to us and make sure that we got exactly what we wanted, while adding a few suggested improvements. He was on-site every day, very hands-on and making sure that everything was done right. I haven't met anyone who enjoys their work more! Our new deck is spectacular, built to code and county-inspected. We couldn't be more pleased - highest recommendation.

We recently hired K9 Roof Repair and Construction to complete a variety of repairs as we prepared to sell our home, and they exceeded every expectation. John and his team were on time, honest, and efficient, completing all agreed-upon work quickly and professionally. K9 truly proved to be a one-stop shop—they addressed roof issues, replaced damaged deck boards, sealed the porch, and handled garage trim repairs. What impressed us most was their willingness to go above and beyond. They even took the time to paint some of the trim, which was outside the original scope of work, all with minimal impact to the bottom line. Their integrity, flexibility, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If I need any roof or deck repairs in the future, I will absolutely call John and my friends at K9. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is second to none.

5 stars just isn't enough. John and his team go above and beyond in every aspect of the job. Communication, timeliness, quality, work ethic, etc. The county inspector even commented on the quality of work put into building our deck. Best experience we have ever had in using a contractor.
