Beware. We signed a contract that promised annual roof inspections. Proving to be difficult to make this happen 3 years in. The roofing job was good, but the constant slamming of shingle packs on the roof created “nail-pops” on the interior ceiling. The initial pops were repaired to an okay standard. As those fell out and new ones were appearing, I started doing the repairs myself to a much better and permanent repair. Lastly, before our roof was replaced, K&J handled our neighbors roof. When they completed the roof, all roof vents were painted. The neighbors vents still look good, as do K&J’s. We noticed our vent was rusted and realized they were in the same condition before the roof was replaced. Unfortunately, we were active duty military and returning overseas as the roof was completed. We recently retired and sitting in the backyard and noticed the vent was heavily rusted. We reached out to discuss this matter and was told a drone would do a flyover inspection. I asked to be present, but wasn’t notified. Heavily pixelated photo was sent. I went outside and took a picture that clearly showed the condition of the vent. I was told they’d find out how much my cost would be to paint the vent. 10 days later call back and no acknowledgement that the roofing team forgot to paint the vents. I can never express the importance of customer service enough. This is not good b/c I feel like everything we got was pure sales pitch. Got your money, thank you. We will find our handyman to go up and take care of the vents and look the roof over.

I highly recommend K&J Integrity Roofing. They did an exceptional job from start to finish. I got a few quotes, and they not only answered all of my questions, but they also proved that I made the right decision. They also did my neighbors roof, and both households were satisfied customers who will refer them. Tell them I sent you!

Worked with Kirsten for months, trying to get fianceing, finally got it. She always kept in touch with on how it was going. Her crew showed up early and knocked it out of the park..did a little extra work to make the project look great!! Excellent job!!! She was on site to see what was going on. Cleaned up the yard and debris. Kirsten got in contact with my insurance and actually got a lower rate. I highly recommend this company! Very satisfied. One last thing, a lot cheaper than I thought.
