My husband reached out to this business and received a quote to replace 11 pieces of siding on a rental property that had sustained some small fire damage. The landlord was going to charge me $1000 for the small damage, but it wasn't $1000 worth of damage. So we started calling around. We called JW roofing and he gave us a quote of $350. We asked when he would be able to perform the work. He said if weather permits, within a few days. I called, left a voicemail days later. No response. My husband ended up going to the business location, which ultimately was his home. He told my husband he was on his way to another job. He never scheduled the replacement of the siding. He basically said to hell with us. Ultimately I had to let the landlord charge the $1000. Very unprofessional. Will never recommend.

Looks like my last review was lost, so to sum that one up, JW replaced my entire roof 9 years ago and did an amazing job. I had a leak that I called about and they immediately sent someone to mitigate it, without even asking for a dime. Then we all sat down together to discuss next steps. They also helped me through the entire claim process. My experience with JW exceeded all my expectations. Fast forward to today, I had a leak pop up from what may have been some minor wind damage. Again, JW showed up within a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem in about 20 mins. I strongly recommend this company!

This mans work quality is unsurpassable. I have never seen such a passion for perfection. But no matter how grueling or hassling the job or situation, you can rest easy with this man on your renovation no matter what it is. The thing I respect most about James Walden is his blunt black and white honesty. If he tells you something its money in the bank. He roofed my house after he had done my neighbors house across the street. We were treated with the upmost respect and consideration. He treats you like family. He explained everything to me before the job started and while they were prepping the roof he made sure to let me know the real health of the wood on the roof. Took care of everything. I mean just a hassle free experience for me. Now I know what I have. No guess work as to how long this roof will last. It will last 25 years as long as a tree limb or a very bad storm system doesn’t puncture the singles. I’m just thrilled with the experience this man has. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, smoothe as molasses. I respect this man for his dedication to his work. If you have this man work for you, you can rest easy that he will do the job correctly. I want to give him 10 stars but they only let me give 5 but it really doesn’t do him justice. Y’all give him a call if you need anything repaired, renovated etc and you will see the professionalism he brings with his work. For instance, before he was scheduled to roof my house, I was concerned about all that rain we were going get with Hurricane Florence. I didn’t even get the words out of my mouth when I had called him before he said he was wanting to double check everything on my roof to make sure the old existing roof would withstand the few days of heavy rain until he was scheduled to roof it. He took care of us. He will take care of you. Dont let someone else come around and fool you for money. He’s the real deal. Good man. Good work. The bottom line is that 95% of the roofers I
