Will never use these guys again and highly recommend that you do not use them ever. The owner Justin was the worst person I ever dealt with, such a headache

"We live in DeBary, and after hearing noises above the ceiling for a few nights, we had a pest control company come out. They found raccoons using a tree that was touching our roof to climb up and try to get into the attic. Thankfully they never made it inside, but they had torn up quite a few shingles trying to get underneath them. The pest control technician recommended we have the roof repaired, so we called Justin with Just in Time Roofing. He came out quickly, did a thorough inspection, and let us know it was a straightforward repair. The crew had everything fixed in a single day, and the roof looks like the damage never happened. We couldn't be happier with how easy the whole process was. 10/10, we would absolutely recommend Justin and Just in Time Roofing."

Had Just In Time roofing due a free inspection of my roof and all was good except for the lead pipe covers over the plumbing vents. The squirrels had chewed them so bad they were almost non existent!! Thankfully we did not have any leaks! Justin's guys took care of replacing and securing the new covers to the roof and added grates to the top so the squirrels can't chew them up again!! On time and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!

I recently had Just-In-Time Roofing out for a tile roof repair in Altamonte Springs and couldn’t be happier with the experience. True to their name, they were punctual and reliable from the first phone call through completion. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the job site spotless. They were professional, courteous, and took great care to protect my property. Communication was clear and honest the entire time—no pressure, no surprises, just straightforward answers and quality work. The repair looks excellent and was done right the first time using proper materials and techniques for Florida weather. It’s refreshing to work with a local Seminole County company that actually shows up when they say they will and stands behind their work. Highly recommend Just-In-Time Roofing for any roofing needs in the Altamonte Springs or greater Orlando area. Five stars all the way!

We called Just In Time Roofing after noticing a few leaks coming from the metal roof over our patio pavilion, which is a huge part of our restaurant since nearly half of our seating is outside. Justin responded quickly and performed a thorough inspection, finding several issues we hadn't been aware of, including backed-out fasteners, failing sealant along seams, loose metal panels, rust developing around some of the screws, drainage problems causing water to collect in certain areas, and damaged flashing where the pavilion connected to the main building. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, completed the repairs promptly, and made sure the roof was ready for Florida's rainy season. The pricing was fair, the process was smooth, and we were able to keep serving customers with confidence knowing our patio was protected. We'll definitely be calling Just In Time Roofing again for any future roofing needs.

Justin, the owner of this company answered the phone at 7:21 pm on a Monday night. Justin time came highly recommended by a roof washing company I’ve employed in the past few years. Justin came over the next day to do an assessment of damages. He was able to give me a very reasonable quote that day. His crew was scheduled for a day later. The crew was very kind, professional, and finished the work on plan. They are an excellent company. I’m very selective in whom I do business with— I highly recommend Just in Time.

Phenomenal experience!!! Had some roof damage/repair needed after a full replacement a few years back (with another company)! I hit up Justin and he came out, gave me a quick estimate, and squeezed me in their schedule right away! No BS. Quick. Straight to the point. Transparent about what was going on and what was needed. And his guys did a great job!!! Before and after pics attached. The proof is right there! It’s rare to find a roof company that does actual repairs versus scamming you out of replacing the roof! Justin and Just In Time Roofing is the real deal!!!
