  I'm beyond grateful to Julio and crew for my beautiful new roof in Birchwood! Julio treated me like a neighbor from start to finish. Communication has been just right and easy to work with. From start to finish, their entire team delivered a level of professionalism and craftsmanship that truly stands out. Julio and his crew are highly skilled, detail-oriented, and incredibly reliable. They handled every aspect of the project with precision and showed real pride in their work. They arrived on time every day, stayed on schedule, and kept everything moving efficiently without unnecessary delays. What really sets them apart is their proactive communication. They brought any issues or considerations to our attention immediately and provided clear solutions. We always knew exactly what was happening and what to expect. Julio also went above and beyond when we requested a change to our skylight installation. He sourced a replacement skylight in under 12 days, even though this particular skylight normally takes more than 45 days to obtain. He handled the change quickly, professionally, and at no extra cost to us. That level of responsiveness and customer care is rare.   Julio’s Roofing showed up exactly on time to provide the bid on our home. Within days the materials arrived and his team was on the job replacing our roof. After 2 days the job was completed and our yard was perfect. There was zero evidence that they had completely torn our roof down to the rafters, except for the beautiful new and properly vented roof. Thank you Julio and your team. This could not have been a better experience.

  Julio and his team helped us after the December windstorm ripped a significant amount of metal roof off of our Stable Barn that houses several horses. Julio was able to quickly respond to tarping the huge hole in the barn roof. Julio quickly put together a competitive bid to repair the roof that was acceptable to our insurance company and replaced the roof in a very professional manner. Julio and his team also put extra screws in the roof that was not affected by the windstorm at a reasonable additional cost. This is the 3rd job I have hired Julio to do and all have been more than acceptable from a price and quality perspective.
