  We used JBs Roofing to install a new layer of shingles in 2018. We were told that we had a 5yr warranty. In selling our home, buyer's inspector flagged the workmanship of the roof installation. We had a retired contractor review the inspection report as a favor. He agreed that the roof work had been sloppy and needed correcting. We reached out to JBs and forwarded the inspection report. Even with this, they denied that the roof needed work. Claimed the warranty was for two years and they would charge us for any updates. I cannot recommend any contractor that endorses sloppy craftsmanship and doesn't want to correct mistakes.

  JB’s Roofing prides themselves on excellent workmanship and customer service and has been a successful roofing company for over 50 years. We never want an unsatisfied customer and we try our best to take care of any concerns promptly that may arise. Our office manager, Kim explained that the items the inspector called out on the report were not actually issues that needed repaired, but that there was some caulking that could be done and we offered to do that. Our company offers a 2 year warranty and if another warranty was offered, it is usually in writing. She offered to honor the 5 year warranty if you could provide documentation showing that was offered to you. Our office manager also offered to talk to the owner further about your concerns and see what he wanted to do, but we were not allowed the opportunity to do so and were told that you would hire another roofing contractor and then leave us a bad review. We were trying to resolve the issues you were concerned about when the communications ceased. The roof was not installed sloppy and had we been given the opportunity to discuss this with you further, we would have came out, put eyes on the job and explained the way it was installed & why the inspector had concerns. JB’s Roofing would have worked with you to resolve the concerns you had, had we been given the opportunity.

  In June they came & took measurements said would I receive a bid. I have yet to receive one & its now October. I guess they are not interested in doing a residential garage.

  Called to get roof check to determine if roof had water/weather damage due to high winds in the area i live and they wanted to charge me $150. When everyone else was advising there was no charge. Unless your getting a quote to for sure …

  Estimates for Recover, Replacement or repairs are FREE!!! Inspections are $150. You wanted your roof inspected. We are upstanding company accredited with the Better Business Bureau and have been in business for 51 years.

  The roof job from hell, is what I tell people, took over 3 weeks, 2 years ago, I caught them doing a lot wrong things multiple times, and I am the home owner up on the roof finding problems. Another roofer said , by him self he could have done it in less than a week. sorry no stars, 2 years later the roof vents rubber on all vents completely gone, the sun shredded them. Better look on your roof if you had new roof in 2017 and 18, the vent co will come and fix. call a distributor they'll hook you up.

  I give them 1 star because I can't give them zero to review. We got a simple layover that took over a month to complete. Two large leaks resulting in severe drywall damage. Multiple visits to "fix." No attempt to replace vents or caulk around them. Unfinished corners. No attempt to clean up debris that fell. I'd hire an eight year-old before I'd even let them on my property again. Avoid AT ALL COSTS.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with JB’s Roofing INC. and I can't recommend them highly enough! They reroofed a friend's house and did a fantastic job—efficient, meticulous, and professional from start to finish. Seeing what a great job they did, we asked Grady from JB’s to give us an estimate on our roof. We were impressed with his honesty when evaluating our roof. Instead of pushing unnecessary work, he let us know that our shingles were still in good shape and had a few more years left. It's refreshing to find a company that prioritizes integrity. If you're looking for reliable roofing experts who deliver top-notch quality and genuinely care about their customers, JB’s should be a top choice. We'll definitely be reaching out to them when the time comes for our roof.

  JB's roofing and team have completed half of our huge commercial roof project. They have clear communication, completed before their own projection, had a professional team everyday, and we are very happy with our results.
