  Terrible shady business. Can't even give a call back . Shows up a day late doesn't even collect the money before he leaves because he was in to big of hurry i guess. He didnt even tell us he was leaving he left so fast.wasn't even at our property for more than 5min. Asked for an inspection for a refinance but the guy that showed didn't even know why he was there. So clearly they don't communicate with eachother either. I wouldn't reccoment this business if they were the last one left.

  My experience is i paid for a new 30 year roof in 2011 had nothing problems around a new skylight before that he couldn't seem to get repaired right. I found someone to fix it right. Now today at only 10 years old I see a problem with the shingles and have a professional from my insurance coming out to inspect. The roof is a shingle mess, lifting everywhere and The wind really hammered it hard! Faulty singles IDK

  There are material warranties that are put in place for defective and or recalled materials .there is a time frame for these warranties to be affective. A simple call to your contractor could have saved you a lot of stress about your roof. We will look up your file and see if we can help you . Thanks Richard

  We called them for an emergency job and they said they were on the way but never showed up. Thankfully we found another party to assist us.

  They did work on my home without my written consent while I was out of town. I have know idea what was done or how much it cost me. Still calling other contractors for price quotes who like most reputable business give you an invoice for BEFORE they do any work...

  I will never recommend Dreamroofs to anyone in this valley. I purchased a home after they certified the roof good for multiple years (5-6). Come to find out they were aware it needed a new rear roof and still certified it. Now it is leaking …

  Thank you for the reveiw. Im sorry the sellar didnt want to follow through with all needed repairs and or replacement. From now on Dreamroofs only certifies the roofs we install. I am willing to help out with anything that im able.

  Ryan did an excellent job in repairing damaged flashings (boots), sealed exposed nail heads, caulked around leaky rain gutter. He was professional and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

  I've used Dreamroofs on 3 of my rentals and for a repair/update on my personal home and have nothing but a positive experience with Richard and his son. I would recommend them to my friends and family any day.
