Very Disappointing and Untrustworthy Experience We contacted and spoke to Bob at Flash Rite Roofing for a roofing project and were initially given a written bid that we agreed to. Everything seemed clear and straightforward — until just before the work was supposed to begin. Suddenly, the company informed us that the price would be increasing by $9,000, without any major changes to the scope of work. This kind of last-minute price change feels deceptive and unprofessional. We had already made our decision and scheduled based on the agreed amount, only to be told we’d have to pay significantly more. Needless to say, we chose not to move forward with them. If you’re considering Flash Rite Roofing, be cautious and make sure everything is locked in writing. Our experience left us feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Great job Bob… such a pleasure to work with someone who does what they say they would and be there when they say they would be there. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

As a real estate investor, I've worked with Bob the owner of FlashRiteRoofing on quite a few projects. His pricing has always been fair and he has done work conscientiously and thoroughly. I've confidently referred him to others. Good guy at a Good price!!! You won't regret choosing him.

Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 22 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 22, of which 20 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
